This particular timhortons is licensed by Zoo catering and is inside the zoo site, not available to the public without zoo admission. This should be removed from tim hortons google search or noted that it is inside the park and only available to customers(zoo admission required) from inside. This is not available to public walk thru.

Tim Hortons does not exist here. This is a corporate building for the Toronto Zoo only.Advisory to the public that you will be turned away by staff; the closest Tim Hortons is either at Morningside & Sheppard or Kingston & Sheppard.

Very good coffee - we shall miss T.H as we have returned back to the UK. Good drinks and food at reasonable prices.

Dirty store and rude workers. Absolutely family NOT friendly. There are many other options around and if you have children with you (and you are most likely have them as you are visiting the Toronto zoo) they do not desserve attitude from rude servers.
