Long queue…wait forever
And they give me this as an Ice Capp….

Simran/Simren was incredibly rude to me for no reason. She was giving me lots of attitude and made me feel stupid for asking questions about the drinks. She told me “No” when I asked for the Oreo iced Capp and when I changed my order to a Candy Cane Hot chocolate she then proceeded to yell “small medium or large” when I couldn’t hear her the first time because she was mumbling. When ordering my next drink she rolled her eyes when I asked if she could make the iced mocha capp less sweet which I know is an option because I was offered that option in other branches. When trying to get her name from the member of staff giving me my drink they were all very sheepish and brought her over. She denied using tone with me and “Apologized” but kept making excuses. She said “sorry but that wasn’t my intention”. An intention may always be good but her attitude was very different from her words. An apology is sincere when someone does not make excuses especially to a purchasing customer. After many times of asking did she reveal her name. If she really thought she did no wrong, she should be ready to be accountable for it. Worse branch I’ve purchased coffee from.

The service is poor. We need to wait like 20 minutes in the pick up area because no one pays attention about mobile order, also the regular line is too big and slow.

Worst ever experience as a student I always have it in centennial college Tim Hortons. Not professional at all. Doesn’t make the orders properly. Doesn’t accept coupons. Just a biggest disappointment we have in our cafeteria. They are really good for nothing. I suggest spend your money on some other food store rather than this location’s Tim Hortons.

Should get rid of all the unprofessional middle aged women in this store. They are very intimidating and rude. This store never has half the beverages in the menu and have shut down mobile orders.

It is like a half cup filled . I came from Canadore college just to get a coffee and spent money but it is not valuable and not justification. Usually I don't write the comments but this branch needed.

The girl who was working this morning was surprisingly so rude for no reasons. I was so shocked by how she speaks and such person gets job in front line. I was speechless. She gave me all kind of lectures on how i should have order online when i simply asked her if i can order another drink as i forgot to change the cream to some other dairy free milk as i am allergic. I would have understood if it was crazy busy and but non of the things justify how rude she was. She could have just said no instead if saying me so many things infront of the people working there and other students.
Manager really needs to train her. If she can’t speak good may be its good for her to change job.

They gave me broken bagel and I asked them to put hash brown patties inside but they gave like extra . And bagel was totally burnt from inside.

The staffs are very rude and the way they treat is horrible. At least you have to answer the customers queries in polite way. Its terrible.

Worst experience ever at tim hortons at this location whenever we go to have something they are just giving bad coffee. Never expected such service from tim hortons very much disappointed. They don't even give the bills for the orders that we pay and take out. Even the staff is not welcoming too.Coffee is always with lots of water mixed in it. Worst taste ever had at any other time hortons. This is not the first time every time getting the same service which made me helpless posting this review over here.If I could get bills for my order I could have done survey and let them know about the awful service.
Overall very disappointed and worst service in Canada at this location.
I hope they work on this and improve better service which can stop by ruining Tim hortons name.

I think Arleen the rudest Tim staff i ever came across off. She gave me a tea and in a sec I realized it's not hot i asked her pls reheat, so she asked me to do it myself using a microwave.
