Hello, I was getting a latte from Tim’s at lower Jarvis by the esplanade and had the pleasure of being served by Bidisha who is a very happy friendly and smiling young lady. Balaji is also a nice young man who was also friendly and I look foreward to getting my latte daily from there everyday. I hope to see Bidisha’s smiling face next time.😃 You should give them both a promotion but the young lady’s salary should be doubled.😂😂Great customer service with a smile.

The staff here go above and beyond from being so warm and welcoming as soon as you enter the store. The service is friendly and the menu items are premium compared to other tim’s locations. I was pleased at the teamwork that I saw as well. Probably the best tim’s experience I’ve ever had.
I also got the matcha latte (never had matcha from tim’s before) and it was better than the one from starbucks!! Looking forward to coming back.

My go to place and i just love the service of the cashier girl. She is so sweet and kind . She literally is the face of the tim hortons. And the environment is so good and the place is neat and tidier than any other tims I've been to. Every team members they are super fast and make sure they get your order right.

I was there around 7:56pm. I really wanted to pee so I thought of grabbing a coffee at there and use washroom. But the washroom was not accessible, while the closing time of store was 8pm. Would prolly just take me a minute to finish my business. But this guy who was on cashier he was acting like he owns a store. This brown guy indian guy with glasses on. I told him if i were you I would let people use it. And yea i also told him it’s stupid for not getting to use washroom while the store is still taking orders. It is stupid of you. He was also not willing to give me my coffee and was messing with me. It’s very sad to be there. Its sad to see how you treat your customer. Even if I wasn’t buying something there, he should’ve let me use washroom. Im very disappointed
