These people here think that they are smart. I was charged over $1:00 on a 20 tim bites for $5:99. Whereas other Tim's is a solid $5:00 even. The place is dirty. I Got the wrong order. Didn't even bother to come back for exchange because I feel what's the point. When I spoke to the so called Manger, she didn't listen just trying to shoo me off... like seriously 🙄 When I pointed to the worker that over charge me, the guy had a disgusting smile on his face. Anyways this is not the same Tim's. I will never feel comfortable coming here again. Do not try and cheap people even if it's only a few dollars.
The gross, frozen pizza you have decided to sell makes the entire store smell like vomit. I have went from buying at least twice a day to switching coffee shops - away from Timmies and your vomit pizza.

One of the worst tims I’ve been to. Always under staffed and takes 20 minutes to do a mobile order. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes to get my order, even after placing a mobile order 5-10 minutes before getting there.

It's absolutely the most filthiest place I've walked into. The washrooms were stinky, filthy, and covered in poop. Not one single toilet flushes, and it looks as though it's never been cleaned. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, nothing! Absolutely disgusting. The dining room isn't much better and reeks of pee. I don't think it's ever been swept or mopped. Workers are too busy chatting to do their jobs. P.s Don't you dare ask me to fill out any survey on your home page because obviously you don't listen or act on it! At this point Toronto Public Health needs to get involved. What a disgrace.
