Quality is not reflective of the price. Onigiri is decent but they stop making them early so it's never available. In fact the shelves are empty most of the time. It's like they don't want to make money.

Said my order was ready for pick up at 7:00 on DoorDash. Arrived at 7 and argued with me that it was for 7:30. Worst experience ever. They are completely incompetent!!! Then they let me wait for 10 minutes and cancelled my order. Right on!!!

I love Tobiko for a quick bite! Very reasonably priced, fresh and delicious. They are the nicest folks too... so glad they are in the neighbourhood!

Special roll was relatively fresh. Got the salmon dragon which they had pre-made.

What a absolute garbage place with zero respect for customer service fighting with me over soy sauce and 13 cents the tax I never paid on the extra ginger that I put a loonies down for then told me when I was eating i need to pay for the 13 cents before I finished eating. Such a insulting place . The sushi sucked too. It fell apart and the rice was not sticky.
If I could give zero stars I would. My total bill was 17.00$ so not cheap but they need the 13 cents and I paid cash so they didn't even have pay credit card fees . First time and Last time. Bye ?

always really good quality and fresh even from the grab and go shelf, and the service is always quick and friendly. there’s always a good variety including vegetarian options and it’s always somewhere i know will be consistently good and reasonably priced. i always come back here!

Surprisingly delicious and fresh tasting inari and sushi rolls in grab and go format. Lady was willing to make fresh sushi to accommodate my shrimp allergy!

Mediocre flavorless old sushi for 16.33. I asked the lady if it was made today and she said yes. The sushi wrap was soggy and fell apart. Wouldn’t recommend, saw the reviews and figured I’d grab something to go. Should have skipped and sat down instead of old dried salmon

Very convinient sushi kitchen window. They have a bunch of prepared rolls, or you can order to go. Every time I eat here, it's always very fresh and high quality. They use proper sushi rice.
