We had great breakfasts here during our stay. Salash and Rayan were great servers. At the host stand Pelerma(?) really stood out but the east Asian gentleman was very nice, too. The breakfast menu on the weekend was more extensive than during the week but the weekday pancakes were better. We had the most amazing holiday brunch on New Years Day. Expensive but really amazing and extensive high end buffet. The prix fixe NYE dinner was a disappointment though the live music was great, very talented guitarist

It was a family lunch buffet and it was great! Since this is at The Ritz-Carlton, we didn't stress about parking - just valet. Ambiance, as you'd imagine - great. Food, yummy with options aplenty. Service, of course - even with our large numbers. Lol
The lobby downstairs is also excellent for Christmas family photos. We had an amazing staff member who offered to take multiple shots with different views.
All in all, definitely worth the drive!

This place has consistently gotten worse.
I booked a dinner for myself and partner for Christmas evening… and.. just really. Everything was sub par. Everything. The menu choices. How long everything took. The prix fix was very unapproachable. I won’t be going back. Ever. Enough is enough. So expensive.

Waiters should be better trained on how to serve guests professionally. They don't master the basic rules. For example, the plates were cleared too quickly and no dessert or coffee was offered.
Lovely late night dinner( near closing). Somewhat loud Holiday party attendees nearby did not interfere with the exceptional service and food we enjoyed! Great ravioli and in particular, among the best citrus crème and sorbet dessert we've had in recent memory, including Michelin starred restaurants in Spain, France, and London! Absolutely to die for!

Quite disappointing given the cost. I understand T.O. prices, and I understand it's the Ritz, but regardless, our meal was quite sub-par. We had the monk fish meal and the clams were so overdone someone at the table actually had to spit it out. No fish special which for an Italian restaurant is pretty rare. Atmosphere was nice and staff were great, food was subpar at best.
