One of the most authentic karaage takeout places in town. Marinade, quality of chicken, and deep frying temp is spot on, resulting in juicy, crispy, tender karaage. Unfortunately they were rushing to close today and quality went down. My 1lb of tebasaki wings were all drumettes! The staff could’ve at least communicated that so I can decide if I still want it or offered something else in addition (since I also ordered momo karaage, a few extra pieces would be a nice gesture).

Definitely the best karaage I've had, and up there with some of the best chicken I've ever had. It's much better than any karaage from the many ramen places I've visited. This place truly puts their main focus on perfecting it, instead of treating it as a side dish. Perfectly tender, juicy, and flavorful. Really, really great stuff. I recommend the Momo (thigh) and Tabasaki (wing).
