Horrible customer service.

We contacted Peter for an event at our girls hockey association and local arena. He provided 2 vehicle, a everything truck and a ice cream truck which were both well attendedPeter was responsive and happily agreed to give a portion of the proceeds to underprivileged girls a charity which we support....But that back at the beginning of October..... and dispite 20-30 emails and a number of calls and left message.... crickets!Very very disappointed is all I can say

The owner has a big mouth. He does not return change to kids. Their ice cream smells bad and inside the truck is so dirty.We had to cancel our event with him as we notice that they are dirty.

This business is all over the place and doesn’t know basic business ethics. Please go elsewhere. There’s a surplus of people who will attend to your events professionally.

We had a university event planned with Toronto Softee and Peter could not have been more easy to work with. He was straight to the point, followed through with everything, even the covid restrictions from the university. Thank you so much for being so great to work with!

Do not book a truck from here. I booked a truck on Friday for the monday and confirmed the location and time (12:15). . On Monday no one showed up, i called and he said the truck would be onsite for 12:30. when i tried to call back, no one was answering. Finally i got a response at 1:15pm saying the truck broke down and will arrive on Tuesday at 12pm. I agreed that Tuesday would be fine. On Tuesday, no one showed up. When i called at 12, he said the truck left at 11am and should have been there. He said he would call the truck to find out where he is and never called me back. No truck arrived. very poor communication and unreliable.

Hi there....are your trucks stationary or they travel around....we used to have one pass around our building at 816 lansdowne and just when my grandkids are here..no truck?.. is there a permanent truck on Wallace.
