Rating based on the breakfast panini - which was great for the price compared to what you can get at Tim Hortons or something. Will definitely be coming back if the food I had is any indication of the quality here!

Nero pasta wasnāt as tasty as the Funghi ā the texture was kinda off š. Ordered a coffee, asked for regular, but the receipt said āLGā š« . Honestly, the main issue seemed to be the person taking the order. Not terrible, just a bit confusing!

I think I've walked by this place before and it was always empty inside so I never felt tempted to try it. But this past weekend, a friend mentioned that she's been here twice in the last two days and it's actually really good, so we went here as a big group of 7 to have lunch after the TCS marathon.
My bf and I shared the meal for two, and it was actually so filling and really delicious. It didn't seem like a lot of food but the pasta (bolognese) was quite substantial due to the size and length of the noodles. The pizza (mushroom) was my favourite of the meal, with an unbelievably crispy bottom crust but the top is fluffy and bready. They call it Romano pizza which I've never heard of, but it's really good I guess! The Caesar salad was what you'd expect (i.e. good). For $38, I think this was a great deal, especially considering how full we were and we didn't feel the need to order more food later.
Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for pasta or pizza, and I'd even be down to try their paninis if they're as good as the pizza. The food somehow came out super quick (that's one of their slogans lol) so we honestly only waited maybe 5 minutes for all our food, and you order and pay at the register so it's a bit more casual than a typical pasta place.
Very friendly service and the specials are good. The carbonara was exceptionally mediocre. It was quite salty and the noodles were so overcooked it was like Udon...
Good garlic bread though!

I visited this store with my friends. Their behaviour is Super bad, especially one old man was so crazy. Their food was also bad with high price and messey kitchen environment. Please nobody go there, they are no good people.

If you have more than 1-2 people, a reservation in advance helps in securing a table.
If you donāt order in advance (I suppose with your reservation?) youāll be waiting 40-50 minutes for your food, especially during busy times. Most large groups apparently order in advance, so even if they show up 20 minutes after you, their order gets priority (?) despite reservations⦠this was not communicated to me/my group upon ordering and was frustrating, especially since some of our group got their food quickly while others were waiting 40+ minutes.

my favourite pasta place in the city! the prices are super affordable ($12-20) so I was amazed by the quality. each dish comes with a generous amount of toppings and the perfect serving size to feel full. i love how thick the noodles are too - my personal favourites are the funghi and bolognese!
the owners are really kind and create a homey atmosphere. i usually come after work ~6pm and thereās only a few others - itās quiet and makes a great date or catch up spot with friends. note that food is served to your table but customers put dishes away after!
i come all the time for pasta but their pizza is great too. highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing restaurant!
The pasta is perfectly cooked, al dente as tradition requires, and truly delicious. We tried both the Bolognese and the Ragù, and they were excellent. The pizza was also spectacular, made with fresh and authentic ingredients.
The staff is incredibly kind and makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. It really feels like eating at home, with that genuine touch thatās hard to find.
I 100% recommend this place: quality, flavor, and atmosphere are truly unique!
