I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time and always felt the prices were fair and the food decent. However, recently I’ve been repeatedly told that I can only receive one portion of ginger per person, even when ordering multiple rolls. And that I would have to pay an extra $1 if I wanted more. Every time I politely asked for an extra portion, I was refused and told it was a rule. What made me extremely uncomfortable was my most recent visit. While waiting for my order, I overheard a customer in front of me ask for extra ginger and soy sauce, and the same staff member who had refused me multiple times responded with “of course” and gave it to him without hesitation or charging him the $1. We were ordering the same food and paying the same prices, yet were treated very differently. As a Black woman, this discrepancy was disturbing and left me feeling disrespected. Consistency and equal treatment of customers matters. Because of this experience, I will no longer be returning.

i’ve been ordering takeout here for over 3 years and the quality has gone down hill just before the moved. Also they told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I called at 6:50pm and I ended up waiting until 7:25pm. It’s just not the same anymore unfortunately.

I ordered here pretty much every week. But the quality is been declining lately. Sometimes they they forget to put chopsticks and other things and I had go back the pick them up again. The food is also not consistent everytime.

Outstanding food quality, presentation and taste. We ordered sashimi and rolls combos. The miso soup was absolutely perfect. And the bill was surprisingly very affordable. Will definitely have to come back, it's a gem of a restaurant.
