Probably the best milk tea in the city most likely depending on what your tastes are. But in terms of just a straight up oolong milk tea, these guys know how to do it. I get the impression they don't use powder because it really a tea base and that puts it another level of many of the bubble tea places

Great tea flavours, but no options for caffeine free teas. They also sell mochi donuts here. Limited seating.

Less sugar might be a joke cuz 30% sugar tastes like 100% sugar…many comments have the same issue lol
This is one of the most pricey bubble tea options in the city, but their seasonal peach ice tea is worth every penny! I just wish they would keep it year round.

Good bubble tea, but they won’t let customers use their washrooms, citing it’s for employees only. Understandable given its location.

Staff are so nice!!!!!!!
Came on a Staurday night at 11:15PM and had to waited about 8 mins for our drinks to be prepared. First time trying TP Tea and we ordered the M1 Mango Pamelo Sago with Tea Jelly and the TP Milk Tea. I gotta say, I think the Mango Pomelo is my new favorite drink. It was delicious!Would recommend and come back for the M1.
