Food was great. Our server was excellent. The rest of the staff not much so. Over all excellent will be back for the food.

One of my most favorite restaurants and best italian in Toronto. Make sure you get a spot on the rooftop or street patio, order the cavolo nero kale salad, the octopus and funghi pasta. Classic dishes and the best pasta you will ever have.

This place has become famous for their mushroom pasta, which I would absolutely recommend. However, I find the service to be quite poor for the price range. The food is delicious, but I wish the service was improved to match the price range and desired dining experience.

This restaurant is what I call a solid 4-star but no more than that. The cavatelli I ordered was good but a bit on the greasy side. Service is good . The roof-top is nice where you can eat and enjoy some fresh air and natural light - just make sure no direct sun light as part of it is not covered by shades.

Very delicious but a bit pricey. Sometimes you need to wait a lot but its worth it.

The food taste is only average compared to other Italian restaurants; there is definitely room for improvement.

Portions are very small and pizza was a bit soggy. The flavour of the pastas are nice though.

We visited for lunch on a Sunday afternoon as a group of eight and requested a table for three. The hostess was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet the expectations one might have for an Italian restaurant in Yorkville. We tried three different pizzas, and all of them were overwhelmingly salty—definitely a letdown. On a brighter note, the pasta was well-prepared and enjoyable.

Service from our server was average—efficient enough, with no major issues, but nothing particularly memorable either.

Overall, the experience was decent, but given the location and reputation, we had hoped for a higher standard of both food and service.

The pros are that the food is delicious and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The cons are that server kept insisting a get a drink that I did not want, I told him that I don’t like the taste of it but he kept pressuring me, so I ordered what he said. We then waited an hour to get our food and drinks (which was also a surprising wait!). The food was great but as I suspected I did not enjoy the drink it was too bitter. I tried to get his attention for so long but I could tell he was avoiding me and had to ask another server to get his attention. He then came by grabbed by drink and walked away (it was clear he did not want to speak to me). I was then brought the drink I originally wanted to order but it was half empty. This was such a strange experience, I have never had to argue to try to convince a server about what kind of drinks I like. I am not likely to ever return, there are plenty of other overpriced Italian restaurants in Yorkville

Nervosa's reservation system is horrible. I could not make a reservation for 2 people on line or on the phone. The only time they show availability on ANY day is 1130am. Perhaps they want walk ins only?

I love this location and place. Its got great ambiance but I am finding the food a little on the weak side lately. The pizza does not seem properly cooked and the ceasar salad is a bit of a joke. I wonder if the quality goes a bit down during the summer when they have too much volume and a small kitchen?? I will continue to go because of the ambiance, service and location but I think they need to do some quality control.

Great food - pastas calamarata mafalde ans pizza nduja funghi were all great. Risotto with short ribs (meat was a tad dry and underseasoned). It was my third time here. Men servers tend to be more courteous than women servers- just an observation.
