Great food and pastries but very limited and chaotic sitting area. Affogato was a huge disappointment, clearly missing the original touch. I couldn’t believe how they messed it up by giving it in a glass teacup. Shameful!!!!

I would like to say that this is the second time I have noticed that the stuff in this bakery has become rude and unhelpful. For example, when I asked if I could have a normal piece of lasagna since they had only broken pieces left in the tray, I was told that they had to sell everything before they pull out a fresh tray of food.

I happened to be passing by, feeling hungry, and the bakery instantly caught my eye with its warm and inviting look from the outside. Stepping in, I was delighted to find a vast selection of tempting desserts. I chose the hazelnut cream doughnut, along with a steak sandwich and a coffee. Every bite was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The cozy setting made it feel like the perfect place to unwind, and I loved sitting by the window, watching the world go by. I’ll definitely be back—keep up the fantastic work!

Update: Tre Mari did eventually contact me offering a $20 gift card to make amends for their error. However, after accepting their offer they did not send over a gift card and have since ignored my follow up emails. Would not recommend anyone purchase a cake from here. If they make a mistake they will not correct their mistake.
I ordered a cake for my parents 40th anniversary from Tre Mari. Their cakes are not cheap. After reading a bunch of reviews with issues with their cakes I should have known better than to order from Tre Mari.
When the cake came out I was shown the cake and all looked good. The girl who packaged my cake must have made a mistake when packaging it because when I got to my parents house and took the cake out to serve there was a huge thumb print right in the front of the cake. This likely could have been a simple fix had the girl who made the mistake went bake to the baker to fix it. I reached out to Tre Mari (called and emailed) to discuss the issue and was completely ignored. Customer service here is horrible and cakes are overpriced. I do not recommend getting a cake here.

I've been a customer of this bakery since we moved into the neighborhood and unfortunately will not be able to continue to support their business after my encounter with their manager Leah, today. Her lack of professionalism really spoke volumes as to their values in customer loyalty.
I had booked a cake online in the early morning Friday/late Thursday in hopes to make it in the queue for Saturday pick-up date with and sent an email for the request. After following up and I was eventually advised it would cost me 5% cancellation fee which I had not known and did not understand as they did not buy materials or schedule any labour. Leah explained to me that there was a cost for me to be on the phone with her and that (in her words) I’m “just upset that I gambled and lost”. I placed my order in faith of the establishment would be understanding of situation as customer and human being and not rush me off the phone after 8 minutes because she had to deliver a cake. I have zero confidence in Leah if you should ever have an issue and would not recommend this business.

Alejandro, Thank you for being very accommodating and getting our cake to our party venue out of your delivery area and on time. Ordered a sprinkle cake and it was beautiful and the fact that they deliver locally is so convenient. However it was probably the worst cake I've ever had. The inner icing was like gelatin and it was lacking flavour overall. For the price I have higher expectations.
