Stop there for a drink before going out to dinner for our anniversary. The guy serving ( Ralph ) was fantastic. He helped us out getting reservations for dinner and recommended a few places to go for entertainment. Went for lunch today... the service was really on point. Appetisers lamb meatballs and garlic shrimp😋 very tasty. Ordered the grilled cheese with fries, hamburger and fries were delicious! Will definitely drop in again!!!

They hosted a dinner for 16 following our wedding ceremony at City Hall. They accommodated us perfectly and made us feel welcome and taken care of while still respecting our privacy. I was truly impressed with the staff here. Our intention was to have a simple wedding with just family and the whole day turned into something much more special than that and this restaurant was a part of that.

Trios Bistro consistently has great food and service. However I am frustrated that the hostess desk could not find my reservation when my brother checked in using the last name of the reservation. He was immediately seated therefore nothing to truly complain about. However I question using Open Table going forward if restaurants cannot locate the reservation.

Very nice restaurant with a good variety of items that suit all tastes. The quality of the food was very good (we had the burger with salad and the turkey club sandwich with soup combos). Service was attentive. The only drawback was the ambiance of the hotel which was a bit tired & very typical North American hotel atmosphere. Otherwise it's a comfortable and convenient place to dine in downtown Toronto.

Phenomenal service ? the hostess that greeted us she was extremely accommodating and very friendly she seated us right away even tho I came in earlier than the reservation time. The waitress was so attentive, friendly and had a wonderful smile. The buffet was so clean and refilled up constantly, omlete station was very clean, and made fresh to order. Nothing but high regards to the service we received from everyone there. Definitely will return and thank you for my birthday surprise do special really touched my heart. Thank you all for the top notch service.

We actually enjoyed the lunch very much and had really good service during that shift. The food was great and the coffee was hot. It was quite busy and had only one waiter but he managed it very well and everyone seems to be quite satisfied and enjoyed themselves. In fact, after the theater we came back around 4:30 pm for a snack and hope to get some desserts, unfortunately, the menu for dessert was quite limited, so end up with just had coffee and had an appetizer instead - warm bread which was not great for the price. And there were a couple of waiters, restaurant not busy, but the service is day and night compared to lunch hour. I have to say the waiter is okay just not as focus on customer service. My friend actually saw a small mouse run across the restaurant which was disappointed, and we advised the waiter but nothing was said or done about that. Well it is downtown area but within a nice hotel is surprising to see. Given the mouse was white in color I wonder if it was someone's pet...LOL. Anyway, we enjoyed the overall experience I guess we will be back again when we are in the area again.

Came for a la cart breakfast based off of google reviews and a few pics. Atmosphere was nice and staff were super friendly. Food was a huge miss and for the price, you can have much better options at elsewhere. I got the avocado toast and smoked salmon eggs benedict and both lacked lustre. The salad looked like it came from the buffet table and the coffee was watery. Wouldn’t recommend coming here
