We made a confirmed reservation specifically for the Fireside Lounge; however, upon arrival, that reservation was not honored and we were seated at a table in front of the bar without prior notice or explanation. This was disappointing, particularly given that the lounge setting was the reason for our booking. Service levels throughout the evening were unacceptable. We waited approximately 15 minutes after being seated before any staff member approached our table. After orders were taken, there were 30–50 minute intervals between courses, with no proactive communication or acknowledgment of the delays. The lack of pacing, visibility, and ownership materially detracted from the experience. If the establishment is operating with staffing or capacity constraints, reservations should be managed accordingly. Accepting bookings that cannot be properly serviced reflects poorly on operational planning and guest commitment. I would appreciate a formal response outlining what occurred and how this will be addressed moving forward.

The service and ambience were good; however, the food and drinks did not meet the standard I've experienced at other Marriott restaurants. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved. That said, the waiter, server, and staff were genuinely kind and very accommodating. The only issue was the food and beverages.

Excellent customer service from the time we arrived from the hostess to our waitress to the food that we received everything was presented well big portions very well worth it very clean environment. The Marriott head great customer service even from the front desk the check-in, the gentleman at your door that opened up an assisted everyone getting in and out of their vehicles it was really really a great experience I look forward to coming back to the hotel again thank you for the wonderful service by everyone on the team

Stop there for a drink before going out to dinner for our anniversary. The guy serving ( Ralph ) was fantastic. He helped us out getting reservations for dinner and recommended a few places to go for entertainment. One of my best interactions with a server In my life honestly he knows what he’s doing Thanks again, Ralph

Went for lunch today... the service was really on point. Appetisers lamb meatballs and garlic shrimp😋 very tasty. Ordered the grilled cheese with fries, hamburger and fries were delicious! Will definitely drop in again!!!
