I found Tutti Matti on Google Maps and like the other reviewers shared, this establishment did not disappoint. My husband and I shared the LoLo Pizza and Brisket Pasta. We finished our meal with the Panna Cotta dessert. My first time trying it and definitely won’t be my last. With almost 23 years of experience. Tutti Matti still delivers highly competent, sophisticated and delicious Italian fare. With the owner still in the kitchen, it would seem that it hasn't lost the passion needed to keep cooking at this level over decades. The salads are beautifully minimal and resist the alarming trend of sweetness in the dressing. The grilled lamb was absolutely outstanding in both the quality of the meat and its preparation. Excellent wine list, nice service and quiet ambiance. This is a Toronto classic.

Plenty of walk in seating available and tasteful decor.
Overall food was pretty good but everything was on the pricier side. Tiramisu highly recommended if you prefer the heavy creamier versions.
Pappardelle was flavourful and better than the wild boar ragu. Drinks were just average can probably be skipped.

Had an excellent meal Friday night. The quality of the seasonal dishes is high, the portions generous, and the service attentive. It has an open kitchen at the back and each dish is prepared with care. It’s like having a personal chef prepare your meal.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately this was the worst service we've ever experienced. We initially thought that maybe our server just wasn't very good at their job because they left us unattended for so long without any water or menus. They very curtly took our order and that was it. But when they came back to serve the table beside us (with 4 older white wealthier looking customers), they were reading out all the specials, helping them decide what to order, chatting with them..very disappointing to be treated so differently and considering how much we paid, the evening was not worth it.
