If you live nearby or close enough, It's a pretty decent South Indian vegetarian food. This is their new location, and I like this better and also much cleaner now
FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR
My first time trying dosa! My coworkers brought me here for an authentic experience and it did not disappoint! My favourite part was the panipuri — I think I ate much more than my fair share!
It used to be a great spot, but not anymore!
$13.00 for a tiny size subjee. And taste has significantly depreciated.
Avoid if you can!
Udupi Palace serves the best Indian and vegetarian food in the city. The owner's warmth and passion shine through, and the staff and service is always exceptional. Consistently great. Highly recommended.
Bad experience with food quality and service both. There was oil on the bhaturas. I showed it to the waitor and he simply pat it with tissue. Also in the month of June, they did not turn on the AC. It was hot. We couldn’t eat properly
Welcome To South Indian Bonaza.
I am from Winnipeg looking for authentic South Indian resturant in Toronto! This place suited our taste buds like crazy !!
Food was delicious fresh. Staff was super polite.
Best thing was many foreigners and multi communities were here at restaurant and staff will co operate with us as per our taste!
Overall rock solid experience.
My friends recommended I try this place as I am always on the lookout for good vegetarian options. This is not only the best vegetarian restaurant I have been to in Toronto but easily the best Indian restaurant, period. The people making the food here do so with a lot of heart. Highly recommended.
After having dosa and sambar at the restaurant, I developed tonsillitis and it’s been two days I am down with fever. Not a good experience at all.
I was at the restaurant on Sunday evening 1st June 2025. I had ordered Mysore masala dosa and onion rava dosa, oil used for sambhar was not good may be ..but I developed severe infection and high fever since that day. please be considerate for guest.
The place has changed location since the last we were here.
Food is still excellent and filling.
Next time we're in Toronto will certainly be back here

Tried Masala Rava Dosa and Vegetable Uttapam and both were good. It is very simple and sober place, no tadak bhadak.
Only shortfall is lack of freshly home made style authentic tea and filter coffee (they shall consider this as request).
