We ordered idli, two chilli garlic dosa, butter naan … every single thing tasted like it was left over, heated & served. In total we spent $51 … the food is absolutely NOT WORTH IT !! Lots of other dosa places in the same vicinity for the same price that serve fresh food …. The idli had a smell to it like it was rotten, the dosa was THICK not thin & crispy like advertised even though we ate it right away in the car, sambhar was literally WATER, butter naan was frozen Shaan naan with butter slathered on it … disgusting
I ordered a paper masala dosa via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The masala was just a plain mix of boiled potatoes with no seasoning or spices. The sambar tasted more like bland dal water—completely lacking salt and flavor. The tomato chutney was spoiled and sour, and the coconut chutney tasted nothing like authentic South Indian chutney.
I’m genuinely surprised this place is still in business, considering the consistently poor quality of the food. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a subpar meal from here.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for flavorful or authentic South Indian food.
Huge waste of hard earned money.

I’m a bit perplexed as to why this place isn’t rated higher. The food is clean and has very authentic flavour. I’d definitely recommend.

We had Udupi Palace cater for our Haldi ceremony at home for about 100 guests and they were spectacular. It was a live dosa bar with a variety of dosa options for our guests. Additionally, fresh medhu vadas were prepared and idli, sambhar and chutneys were also served. We had some dietary restrictions and Hubert from Udupi was so kind and easy to work with. The dietary restrictions were followed and the quality and taste was not sacrificed. Highly recommended for your live dosa needs!

It’s moved about a block west and is now on the south side in a warmer, cozier space. (The address here looks updated) The rasam, vada, idli and dosa/uttapams are just as perfectly seasoned and just as delicious in the new location! Great for just you, you and a friend/partner, or the whole family/group of friends—love that about this place.
Solid dosas!

Amazing place for South Indian vegetarian food. Although portion size is little bit less but taste is great. People are friendly and attentive. Brunch thali is my favourite. I often visit this place to have a satisfying meal. Atmosphere is amazing, soft music and clean place. They have been improving day by day and one of my go to places.
