We had Udupi Palace cater for our Haldi ceremony at home for about 100 guests and they were spectacular. It was a live dosa bar with a variety of dosa options for our guests. Additionally, fresh medhu vadas were prepared and idli, sambhar and chutneys were also served. We had some dietary restrictions and Hubert from Udupi was so kind and easy to work with. The dietary restrictions were followed and the quality and taste was not sacrificed. Highly recommended for your live dosa...
