We’ve been meaning to try this place for a long while. Today after a long, hot walk downtown we decided to drop in for a late lunch/early dinner. And we’re super happy we did.
The place has a super casual but friendly vibe. You order and pick up your food at the counter when it’s ready. Food comes in take-away containers on a cafeteria-style tray - no pretensions here.
And the food is delicious.
Our shrimp fresh rolls were huge, and perfectly fresh and tasty. The bright herbs really made this special.
The Bún bò Huê was really yummy, with so much tender beef that it was basically impossible to pull the excellent noodles without coming up with beef as well!
The Bánh Mì was very good (loads of tender, grilled pork), though the bread wasn’t as crispy as we like (a personal taste thing).
We had a fabulous, freshly made fruit smoothie and ended the meal with some of the best Vietnamese coffee we’ve had since our six weeks in Vietnam last year (not too sweet and nice and strong!).
At $65.00 tax & tip included this is very good value for money.

recently tried the pho at [Restaurant Name], and it absolutely hit the spot. The broth was rich flavor. It had the perfect balance of spices—aromatic but not overpowering. The rice noodles were soft without being mushy, and the rare beef slices were tender and cooked just right in the hot broth.
It’s the kind of meal that warms you from the inside out. Definitely one of the better pho spots I've tried lately worth the visit if you're craving something hearty, authentic, and soul-sooth

This might not be the most ✨aesthetic✨ restaurant in Toronto, but it’s my FAVOURITE pho spot in the city! The grilled chicken and spring roll vermicelli platter is my go-to.
I wish they would extend their hours, but until then grabbing this for lunch on the weekend is the best!!! This place deserves more hype!

We stopped in here for a quick breakfast while on vacation in Toronto and it was SO good! My husband had the beef pho and my sister and I both had the egg banh mi. We also had iced Vietnamese coffees. Everything was delicious, prepared quick and we loved how low key and homey it felt. They know how to make Vietnamese food and I wish I lived there, I would get it all the time! Thank you, UFO Restaurant, for a lovely breakfast!
