Came on a Friday night and was one of 6 tables in the restaurant. Server was pleasant but slow given the amount of people. An auto gratuity was placed on our bill even though we were a party of 2. As someone who has worked in the industry I have never experienced this at a restaurant for a group of less than 5 especially as it is not stated anywhere in their policies.

Every single dish we ordered was incredible — full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. The Tuna Tacos were so fresh and delicate, the Rock Shrimp Tempura had the perfect crunch, and the Truffle Wagyu Dumplings were simply out of this world.

The Korean Beef Tartare honestly surprised me — I saw tartare in a completely new way! So bright, flavorful, and unforgettable. The Rib Eye steak was unbelievably tender and juicy — perfection on a plate.

And I can’t forget the Mushroom Fried Rice and Scallop & Shrimp Japchae — both packed with flavor and cooked just right. Everything was beyond expectations.

A huge thank you to Antonio (manager) and Rabi (bartender) for making my birthday so special. Their warmth, attention, and care made the whole evening unforgettable. Under their guidance, I could just relax and truly enjoy the celebration.

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Ultra. We sat out on their patio taking full advantage of this warm October.

Our server was amazing as well as the bartender. The food was fantastic, tasty and creative.

The inside of the restaurant looks incredible, we will be back soon to try that out.

had an absolutely wonderful dinner here tonight. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with beautiful lighting and music that made the whole experience feel special. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — you can tell everything was made with care and creativity. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel so welcome throughout the evening.

Food was delicious. And they brought out the food in a timely fashion. Drinks were quite pricey but overall great experience. The food was so delicious. Especially the sea bass it just melted in my mouth.

I went to Ultra for my birthday celebration on September 27with the family. We were also celebrating my sister’s birthday. From the moment we were seated to the end of the evening the service was exemplary. Our server was attentive, he explained the menu making suggestions that were just as good as he described. The standard of the restaurant lived up to my expectation. I will be going back, I love the ambiance.

The bouncer didn’t let us in at first because we arrived a little late for our reservation. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. I called the establishment, and they eventually let us in, but we didn’t understand the bouncer’s behavior. When we were leaving, he insulted us. This will be the last time I ever go to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was the worst experience I’ve had in Toronto.

I had a bad experience with the bouncer at the door. We were 4 , we came at 10.50pm and the guy told us the kitchen was closed, we insisted and said we had a reservation but it did not want to let us in. We finally called the restaurant and someone allow us to enter the restaurant . He was very rude. Very bad experience . Not sure why he was so agressive

The service was good, but unfortunately, due to a stupid security guard frustrated by some complex that judges people by their faces, the atmosphere was ruined. He should be replaced. He was a really rude and insulting man towards customers. Especially since we had payed more than 100 hundred dollars. There are better places in Toronto, don't waste your time.

I had a great time at Ultra. The service was excellent, and I ordered a sweet, fruity cocktail—the mixture was fantastic.
However, the bouncer at the entrance was another story. He was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. Because we were late, he didn’t want to let us in, even though we had a reservation.
I don’t know why he had such a bad attitude toward us, but we were shocked and disappointed. Unfortunately, it was my first and last time in this beautiful place because of him.

We had a great time at Ultra. Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was also outstanding.
Our server, Arnold, was quick, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. Since it was our first time here, he took the time to walk us through the menu, offering helpful suggestions and making sure we knew all our options. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and he made the occasion feel extra special.
The entire experience, from the service to the food, made it a memorable celebration. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant! Everything was on the highest level — from the atmosphere to the service. The cocktails were incredibly delicious and crafted with great attention to detail. The service was impeccable, making the evening even more enjoyable.

A special thank you goes to bartender Elizaveta for her amazing cocktails, as well as to Arnold and Ivanka for their warm, professional, and attentive service. They truly made the evening unforgettable.

We’ve been here before, and it’s certainly not our last time — this place keeps us coming back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect dining experience.
