The overall experience was amazing, but things got a bit messy toward the end. There was an issue with the bill where I was charged for something I never ordered. I ended up paying for it anyway, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. Instead of taking accountability, the waiter basically implied that I should have “known” it wasn't my order and shouldn't have eaten it! which felt unfair, considering it was their mistake. The manager did apologize, and I appreciate that, but for me it's really about the principle, not the price. Everything else was great, but that moment definitely left a sour note at the end of an otherwise solid experience.

Set ice was lacking from the moment we arrived. There was no-one at the greeter station for 5 minutes and staff that did se us did not assist. We wish we had left them because the service never improved.

Came on a Friday night and was one of 6 tables in the restaurant. Server was pleasant but slow given the amount of people. An auto gratuity was placed on our bill even though we were a party of 2. As someone who has worked in the industry I have never experienced this at a restaurant for a group of less than 5 especially as it is not stated anywhere in their policies.

Every single dish we ordered was incredible — full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. The Tuna Tacos were so fresh and delicate, the Rock Shrimp Tempura had the perfect crunch, and the Truffle Wagyu Dumplings were simply out of this world.

The Korean Beef Tartare honestly surprised me — I saw tartare in a completely new way! So bright, flavorful, and unforgettable. The Rib Eye steak was unbelievably tender and juicy — perfection on a plate.

And I can’t forget the Mushroom Fried Rice and Scallop & Shrimp Japchae — both packed with flavor and cooked just right. Everything was beyond expectations.

A huge thank you to Antonio (manager) and Rabi (bartender) for making my birthday so special. Their warmth, attention, and care made the whole evening unforgettable. Under their guidance, I could just relax and truly enjoy the celebration.

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Ultra. We sat out on their patio taking full advantage of this warm October.

Our server was amazing as well as the bartender. The food was fantastic, tasty and creative.

The inside of the restaurant looks incredible, we will be back soon to try that out.

I had a wonderful experience. I dined in the gold room. I ordered the ribeye and typhoon rice and both were delicious. Attentive and kind service all round. Can't wait to return.

We were really looking forward to celebrating my birthday dinner and had called ahead to request a booth, if one was available. The person on the phone said they'd see what they could do. When we arrived, we were seated at a table, despite several booths clearly being available. We asked one of the waitstaff if we could be moved to a booth — he seemed confused and had to call over another waitress to clarify, who mentioned that some booths might be reserved, though it wasn't clear which, causing even more confusion. Eventually, another staff member let us know we could move, which we appreciated. When it came time to order, we asked for some recommendations. Out of the four or five dishes we ended up choosing, maybe one or two were decent. The rest were underwhelming, which was surprising given the restaurant's reputation for Asian fusion cuisine. One of the appetizers also came out incomplete. We pointed this out to another waitress who came by, but instead of correcting the issue, she brought out the receipt to show what was ordered — two pieces instead of three — rather than just taking our word for it and fixing the order, which we would have happily paid for. Service throughout the evening was inattentive. Our waitress didn't really check in, and toward the end of the meal, we asked if we could get a cappuccino or even just a coffee, only to be told they had none available. The atmosphere didn't help — the restaurant was almost empty, uncomfortably cold with the air conditioning, and just not a pleasant vibe overall. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and we won't be returning!

had an absolutely wonderful dinner here tonight. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with beautiful lighting and music that made the whole experience feel special. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — you can tell everything was made with care and creativity. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel so welcome throughout the evening.

I went to Ultra for my birthday celebration on September 27with the family. We were also celebrating my sister’s birthday. From the moment we were seated to the end of the evening the service was exemplary. Our server was attentive, he explained the menu making suggestions that were just as good as he described. The standard of the restaurant lived up to my expectation. I will be going back, I love the ambiance.
