Supported this place all through Covid with takeout orders and generous tips only to be treated rudely and hung up on. Disappointing to put it mildly.

Very cute place, unfortunately like many outdoor cafe and restaurants they too have wasps that like to hang out. The staff did the best they could to keep them at bay.

Horrible experience.Asked if the orange juice was fresh, the server said it was freshly squeezed. It was clearly bottled. Even saw the bottle from where they were serving. Tasted clearly like the bottled juice from the groceryHome fries andScrambled eggs were over cooked. Eggs were dark and hard. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Restaurant was not busy (maybe 5 other tables) Waited 10+ minutes for a server to come to our table and he then refused to take our food order. Would only bring us drinks. Waited more time for our food order to be taken. We then waited another hour for our food to arrive. The bacon was burnt to a crisp. How long was that food sitting out for?

i came here for the first time today with my friends. they got the all day breakfast and decided that the sausages were mid but the eggs were good. the issue for me is that it is decent food but it’s just diner food and is not worth the price they charged. i got the salmon gavlax salad and it was a half a plate of leaves with a dash of dressing. not worth 15 dollars at all. the food took close to an hour to arrive but we didn’t really notice since we were catching up until i realized there was no food coming out that was ours. crazy amount of time to wait for a salad and breakfast plates. do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for brunch. 2 stars because the food was decent and the staff were nice. maybe they were shortstaffed today but it was frankly disappointing.

The service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. We sit for 10+ minutes before a guy in a t-shirt comes to take our order, and refuses to take anything but drinks. Then we wait another 10 minutes to get our food order. We waited another 50 minutes for our food. The issue is not only the wait times, but the lack of information from the staff. We even had to go get our own cutlery once we finally did get our food because the server didn’t notice we didn’t have it yet. Management clearly doesn’t know how to run things.

Went here today for brunch with four other friends. The restaurant was not very busy, however it took over 10 minutes for someone to come over and take our order, and when we asked to place our drinks and food order at the same time, the server told us he was "just the drinks guy". We proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to place our food order. We waited for at least 30 minutes with no sign of our food. The wait staff tried their best to make no eye contact with us, and when we finally flagged a waitress down to ask how much longer it would be, she said she would ask but she never came back to us. Another 15 minutes went by and finally our food came and it was truly one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. The bacon was burnt and the eggs had clearly sat under a heat lamp for a while. All around terrible experience, and I will not be coming back here.

Today morning I wanted to have brunch with my 3 year old daughter. We sat more than 20 min but no one came to take our order .after 10’min I asked different servers to take our order and they all said right now but no one actually came . After 25 min since it wasn’t easy to entertain my daughter without any food or even water , I decided to leave .The server noticed that I’m upset and leaving but he didn’t care !Unbelievable.

Was there for lunch today with a couple other people. We took a table. Had to request menus from the front counter after we seated ourselves. Server did not come to our table for a very long period of time even though there was only two other tables seated. So it was not busy at all. My colleagues ordered the Montreal smoked meat sandwiches and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. What we got after waiting to the point we considered leaving and trying another establishment, was the least satisfying and most underwhelming versions of what those sandwiches could be. Should have simply skipped lunch there and save the money wasted there.

This place is a very good local spot. We came in for brunch, and had a very good experience. They serve the typical Diner flair, but what I liked the most was the delicious donuts. Their Cinnamon donuts were very tasty.

Very good brunch selection, prices are standard for the location. Service is pleasant but chaotic and disorganized. We didn't recieve all of our order and then were almost billed for the missing items because 3 different people had handled our table. For how many people working it could be better organized and run much more efficiently.
