This is a serious meal for a great price. My family ordered EVERYTHING. The food is such good quality, hot, delicious and made fresh. I'm so happy we found uncle sids. We used Doordash. Best meal I've had in years.

I wasn't the most impressed with Uncle Sid's. My sandwich was good and all, but unlike other restaurants I would prefer to eat at, they didn't do anything I couldn't do at home. The sandwich was quite simple, and I could've made something of very similar quality with standard grocery store ingredients at home for much cheaper.

Now this place is legit. Warm, freshly shaved, proper montreal smoked meat on rye with just the right mustard. $9.75 and it was a home run. Just perfection. A simple sandwich made with love and quality ingredients at a fair price that tasted amazing. Nice little touch giving out a solid pickle with the sandwich. Excellent clean washrooms. Just stumbled into this place but I will return and you absolutely should check them out. Thank you ?
I've been searching for the best corned beef on rye in the city ever since the closure of Katz's, and finally found my top contender here. Lacks the same ridiculous girth, but the thinly sliced corned beef is just as good. Although I've been here many times I haven't tried too many other dishes... the potato salad is quite good, and the fries are decent/average. Simple, no-nonsense service.
