Nice and quiet with plenty of seating, it’s a bit of a maze finding it but it’s essentially the basement that connects both 325 and 315 front. Lots of food/snack options and staff/servers were quick and friendly!

I was on a lunch break and I saw their sign outside. It was a bit of a mission to get to. I ordered the vegan lunch on the machine and I was advised to hit the buffet first and that they weren’t open for lunch until 11:30. It was 11 so I asked for a refund. It seemed like it was going to be an issue so I used the washroom.When I returned, I was told that the machine I used doesn’t do refunds. I don’t think that’s allowed, but I accepted their offer of an avocado wrap and a coconut water.The avocado was crunchy and the wrap was quite dull. Nice looking space but disappointing otherwise.

Very nice cafeteria in an office building in the lower level
I work and drive around downtown all day and I have access to basically every option of food that someone could ask for. I eat here multiple times a week because of many reasons; cleanliness and fast service, all in one stop for anything you crave, and the most important reason is it is fresh, healthy, scratch made and delicious. It's not impossible to find downtown but this is by far the best option for lunch. Forget about deep fried, heating lamps, precooked food and get down there to get something unique and nutritious and different everyday.Learn how to get in, because it can be a little hard to find but once you do you will never be disappointed. Plenty of seating to take a lunch meeting, few co-workers or just sit by yourself.

truly amazing food. I ordered food for a party I was hosting and there was nothing left. my guests ate everything. the charcuterie platters were beautiful and tasty. the cheese platers were delicious. thank you gourmet cuisine.
