Had 2 kids with us, and their kids' meal was made from scratch, which is nice that it wasn't just processed food.Lots of gluten-free options are why we chose here to eat. I’m regular there. This is one of the best restaurants in Toronto for me. An amazing restaurant.
I had been to other Union Social locations over the past few years; this was my first at this spot; along with our friends, who had never been; suffice to say, they will be back as they just moved around the corner; Chris was very attentive and the food was great; there was an ample selection of vegetarian dishes??

Interesting menu, healthy and tasty choices. We sat in the back corner far away from the TV screens and most louder conversations. Excellent service - unobtrusive, fast, pleasant. I would go again.

The food and the service were very good. I had the Chicken Cobb salad - perfect quantity - my friends had the chicken Vindaloo - nicely prepared and flavourful. The coconut key lime pie in a jar was AMAZING! We arrived at 1:00 PM and sat on the west side toward the back of the restaurant. it was quite noisy until it cleared around 1:30 PM. I would definitely eat there again but outside of the main lunchtime hours.

I had the Steamed Whistle Fish & Chips. The fish was merely OK. I found that the fries were too thin but nicely salted.
