Sometimes you find the best places just off the main street. Uptown Brie is one of those places. I finally visited for lunch a few weeks ago and got the turkey apple brie sandwich and an almond croissant.

I felt the sandwich was a little light on toppings but fair for the price. I recommend heating it on a press if you can.

The service and atmosphere are the winners. The space is charming, staff are very friendly, and they offer a locals discount for supporting small business. Neighbourhood highlight for sure!

This was my first time visiting this beautiful place and so glad I got to enjoy an amazing lunch with my daughter. We had the turkey, brie and apple, and the roast beef baguettes...so fresh and delicious. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back!

Was looking for a great sandwich place and this came up!
So glad that it did! It's such a cute shop and they had just opened up the coffee part of it. The girls behind the counter were so nice and welcoming and made a great recommendation of the Turkey, Apple, and Brie sandwich! SO GOOD! The baguette tastes so fresh! Will definitely be coming back!

The Uptown Brie elevates outdoor dining to new heights with their spectacular steaks, lobsters, and oysters. My birthday weekend was a true celebration of life, thanks to the incredible flavors and quality of the food. Cooking over a campfire brought the experience even closer to nature, highlighting the authenticity and superiority of the products. Kudos to the staff for their exceptional service, pricing, and commitment to providing the best possible experience. I am excited to plan future events with such an outstanding company by my side.

I dropped by with my dog, free pet parking outside. It is a very cute shop, I am vegan so I get the veggie grilled sandwich, which is really good. They just opened Brie and Brew that is connected to Uptown Brie. I had an almond milk latte, very good. Barista was very nice and helpful. They have dog treats but dogs are not allowed inside. Outside is very cute with a tree for shade, both are very cute. Highly recommend you drop by!

Vegetarian options: Grilled veggie sandwich, used to have vegan cheese, not sure if they offer this anymore. Veggie pot pies.

I recently picked up a small charcuterie platter from Uptown Brie. It’s such an easy way to host an afternoon get-together with friends. Also, the store itself and the staff were all lovely!

Great store, great selections, and a great addition to our neighborhood. Unfortunately the girl who works there ruins the experience every time. She is clearly miserable and hates working there. Provides horrific service every time. It's always painful to go in there when she's working. She's stoic, awkward and completely non customer focused, the complete opposite of the other lady who works there (they both happen to be brunettes, so it's harder to distinguish by writing, but if you know, you know)

Please be very careful. Uptown Brie deals with a butcher by the name of Marlon Pather. Marlon is a known scammer in Toronto. He takes delivery orders from people, and drops rotten meat to Uptown Brie for pickup. When the people find out it's rotten, he claims he sold his debt to a private collector and that he can't refund you. The health department is investigating this matter. It is very careless for Uptown Brie to have rotten meat stored next to other food they are selling. This is a huge health safety concern.

I want to start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE this place and their sandwiches. However, I was so disappointed with my last experience at Uptown Brie. I’m not too sure if this was a new person working, but I walked in looking for two sandwiches, the girl working looked me dead in the eyes and said they had run out of bread, with about 8 baguette loaves behind her!!! I couldn’t believe it. I had gone here previous times where they have run out of bread or other ingredients with their staff always eager to offer alternatives, but I guess this has changed? Very disappointing, and a bit shocked by the staff working today; it’s almost like they don’t want business.
