Valerie Toronto

We had a reservation at Valerie but still waited about 25 minutes to be seated, which was disappointing. Service was polite, but the servers weren't very knowledgeable when explaining the dishes. Portions are generous, but the food was quite mid and didn't feel worth the price. The incredible view is definitely the highlight, but overall the experience didn't quite match expectations.

We were here for the Valentine's day event, arrived 15 minutes early and were seated on time. The good: - The decor and ambience were nice - The view was good - The staff were friendly, though seemingly overwhelmed - The sushi course was great - The portion sizes were also perfect for us - There was good live music The bad: - The servers were not knowledgeable on the courses - Every dish in the main course was very salty (I ended up going through 3 glasses of water while eating this one course) - The steak was overcooked, medium-medium well when medium rare was requested - The dessert was frozen solid, and we weren't able to actually eat it - The time in between courses was very inconsistent, especially before the main course - The music was very loud, we had to yell to talk to each other or to the staff

The view from the 28th. Floor is amazing and would be even more so without the snow. There was 1 Waitress & 1 Server for the whole floor and 1 of our dishes was forgotten. 50% of the food was good & the other not so good.

We were there for winterlicious. The venue itself, perched at the top of Hotel X is pleasant if somewhat shwanky, with nice views of Toronto. Unfortunately the food didn't meet expectations, in fact didn't come close. The Korean fried chicken app was somewhat like KFC chicken....no really, just a little less greasy. The hamachi crudo app was OK. The wagyu skirt steak was laid out sliced on the plate with no other accompaniments aside from a dab of wasabi. Would not have been bad if the steak was tender and delicious but it was tough. The sea bass was OK but nothing else on the plate. Wines we would have liked were missing.

Amazing views! Service was excellent. Loved the Tofu baos and the mochi ice cream. Guava no tini is a must try! I would love to see more veg options

We had an amazing experience on New Year’s Eve thanks to Ahmad. He went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 10, making everything seamless. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the food was 10/10—highly recommend! Thank you, Ahmad and the entire staff, for making our night so special.

It was our first time at Valerie, and we always celebrate our holidays in Toronto. We couldn’t really get clear picture on the outside because the balcony was unsafe for the weather that day, but the staffs were nice enough to walk us on the 28th floor to have a clear picture as my sister wanted to have a nice view on the CN Tower. The price was right for the quality of the food which was delicious. 11/10 for us.❤️

Beautiful city view of Downtown Toronto!! The views very truly magnificent in the evening. The decor and restaurant setting was quite pleasant. With a glass mirror gold decorated bar - it stuck out to me as I kept staring over. The food did not meet expectation, simply said. The service was excellent and every one was so friendly. The edamame was good. But the sushi was good not great. The Karage chicken and tuna tataki were nice. Otherwise, I have had better tasting sushi- im afraid to say. We ordered several dishes on the menu and paid $400 for 4 people. The value for me was missing I would still go for the views!!!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel X for her birthday this year and decided to go up to Valerie for a drink prior to hitting the city for the night. Dragan and the rest of the staff made sure to give us such a great experience prior to leaving. They were extremely friendly, and the service was above and beyond it made us want to stay. Since we already has plans, they recommended some amazing places to check out, that we ended up doing and made our night that much better.

Thank you guys so much for the great atmosphere, friendly /great service. We will definitely be coming back!

Really amazing experience! The bartender, Kian, was super attentive and the drinks were excellent. Also the manager, Ahmed, was really friendly. 100% recommend this spot
