Amazing staff and service, and the views are to die for! My friends and I came to catch up, and it’s perfect for a small, intimate gathering. Special shout out to Gabby, she was extremely helpful and welcoming, made our experience worth it.

Loved Valerie rooftop! The drinks and vibe were amazing! The chicken robata was good- I was expecting more of a curry chicken but it was on a skewer. The fried rice was really delicious and the service was great!

Rude staff!!!!! They told us they would be full of reservations, so we sat at the bar. An hour later, the same tables were open. After asking the bartender if we could move to a table, the hostess stopped us to ask if we had ‘permission.’ She gave rude energy and made us feel unwelcome. If you are staying at the hotel, call room service. Room service is fast and provides good customer service.

I had a lovely time at my friends engagement party the other night. A staff member that really stood out to me was Khadija. She works in the kitchen and went above and beyond for us.

After visiting this hotel rooftop restaurant twice, I feel compelled to finally share my experience. Both occasions were an utter disappointment, and although I initially tried to brush it off, I can’t ignore how consistently poor the service and quality were, especially given the price point.

Customer Service: The service was downright disappointing both times. Staff were inattentive and seemed uninterested in providing any real hospitality. Each visit, we waited excessively for basic service, and when we were finally attended to, it felt rushed and unprofessional. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Meal Quality: On both visits, the food was underwhelming. For the cost, I expected far better flavor and presentation. Unfortunately, it was bland and unmemorable, falling far short of the expectations set by the location and the hotel itself. There are plenty of more affordable places that serve much better meals.

Atmosphere: I’m giving 3 stars for the atmosphere solely because of the stunning view. However, the maintenance of the space is clearly neglected. I found cobwebs in the corners, and even a chopstick under the table on one occasion! It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for cleanliness in a restaurant of this caliber.

I’ve seen multiple one-star reviews and would hope the restaurant takes the feedback seriously to make improvements. As it stands, this place is far from worth the price. They’re relying on the view, but that doesn’t make up for the lackluster service, food, and upkeep.
