I ordered for food to 15 persons,but it had much quantity and packed on time ,very reasonable price and very tasty food . This was my 2nd order for the function. I really satisfied to their service. Thank you veerar.

Staff not communicated well.
I bought spring hopper for $6 about they never say anything about not giving sambal until you said for.
Also I asked the lady for mutton rolls and she gave me veg and when I called and told them she denied is her and it's only vegetarian store.
Why can't she told me when I asked for mutton rolls.
The is not even taste good.

Went there twice during evenings, medu Vada's were so good straight from fryer, hot n fresh. Wouldn't be wrong if I say so far best Vada's in Toronto area I tried so far.

Good food quality, Clean atmosphere. BUT VERY OVER PRICED PITTU.
One of the most expensive PITTU, I ever had in Toronto in 35 Years.
$10 a container of PLAIN PITTU. (Good quality comes with higher price - I get that) But this is way too much.

The place is clean and neat. But their prices oh my...I was shocked to pay 6$ for hoppers and no sampol. We had to pay extras for sampol?? it was ridiculous...how do yoy expect ppl to eat it with no sothi or sampol. They should rethink abt their pricing if they want customers to go back. Also the customer service wasn't that great either.

Service is a bit on the slow side since there's a lot to pack up if someone orders a "rice with curry" meal. It would help if they had curries prepacked during rush hour to help speed things up. I ordered a banana leaf meal and the portion was more than enough for 2-3 people. Overall was satisfied with the quantity and quality of the food. Glad to have a pure veg option in the area!

i visit this store and stay in the line front of the line one poor lady stand with one little kid and they ask ideyappam and they told them please give good one don’t give me like last time and the owner call the lady and scream to the lady how you can ask front of everyone and yelling so badly if they sell bad food of course customer will ask they cannot yelled to customers like that i feel really bad i should take this issue to media my bad luck my phone battery down otherwise i should record this incidentplease don’t behave like these to the customercustomer paying you they are not beggars don’t behave so rude i won’t visit this store anymore
