I’m just totally disappointed about their food. The rice it feels like not fresh and stinky. They cut their chicken and put it in the container. They give u from there. Not fresh at all. The staff behaviour is so rude. It feels like they are from India and talking in their own language. I asked for tomatoes but the lady said she can’t give me. Eaton Centre and Vaughan mills villa madina is way more better than this gross Fairview one. Such a cheap customer service, cheap behaviour and cheap attitude. We are paying for the food, not to tolerate your useless attitude. If you guys don’t know how to cook food and customer service, then leave this job.

Don't waste your money here. It's a rip off. They barely give you enough food. Specially since you are spending $18+. The container is very small & barely anything fits in it. The little amount of beef shawarma that they gave us wasn't fresh. It was dry and hard to chew. The Vaughan Mills mall foodcourt location give you bigger portions and it's good quality. It seems they are not all held to the same standards.

We ordered from Uber eats, worst experience I’ve ever had . The rice was hard, sticky, stale, and uncooked. The potatoes were undercooked and tough, and the portion size was very small compared to their usual plates. We ordered through their “buy one get one free” promotion, and it honestly felt like they gave us lower-quality food because of it. To make matters worse, I even found a piece of hair in my plate. I had to throw away the food in garbage. Completely unacceptable.

I went to Villa Madina for first time and asked for extra forks and Tissue and the Lady just gave us one piece extra of each and said she has to charge is I need extra cutlery. Not matching the brand value. Very cheap tac tic.

I had a shawarma plate for $23 today at Fairview Mall — awful! The meat was very dry and of poor quality, and cold, definitely not worth the price. I will never return to that store. I feel so sick!

I’ve been eating poutine at Wala Madina for a long time, and it’s always so delicious. The flavour is rich and comforting. The people who work there are also very kind and respectful, which makes the experience even better. I always feel welcome, and the food never disappoints.

Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a slight decline in quality over time.
On my most recent visit, I ordered the beef shawarma plate. The meat lacked flavor and tasted quite bland. It was also a bit disappointing that the beef wasn’t carved fresh off the vertical grill but was instead served from a food warmer.
That said, the rice, salad, and potatoes were all fresh and flavorful, which helped balance out the meal. The staff were also very kind and attentive, which made for a pleasant overall experience.
