Food was okay, unfortunately had to throw half because the food seemed old and not fresh. Additionally, lady over there didn’t seem as if she wants to entertain any customers. Came in today around 3. Same thing happened few days. I won’t recommend this place.

Don't bother coming unless you want to be gauged for a small amount of food. Very disappointed.

I was expecting a lot worse based on reviews. I had the Falafal plate. The falafels were juicy. The salads ( mixed salad, cabbage salad and khus khus salad) were pretty good. The turnips were bitter. The humus was pretty bad and runny. The spicy sauce was great. The servers were awesome. Overall I had a good experience. The portion size was decent. I was full after the meal and I ate the whole thing.

I usually like Villa Madina, but this particular location has been a disappointment. Instead of slicing the shawarma meat fresh from the spit, they pre-shred the chicken and store it in a container to speed up service. Unfortunately, this completely ruins the experience. The chicken becomes overly moist and ends up tasting more like boiled meat than grilled shawarma. It loses the authentic texture and flavor that makes shawarma enjoyable. Definitely not the quality I expect from Villa Madina.

I frequently find myself coming back to this shawarma place, villa madina located in downtown on bay, the food is always hot, fresh and never disapoints. I highly recommend the beef or chicken shawarma. The staff if very friendly and always smiling and welcoming, best shawarma in the city!

This place has the best food I had in a long time . Their falafels are so fresh and delicious. The sandwich was well toasted and tasted amazing with the falafels . Sam makes delicious food.

One of the worst chicken Shawarmas I've had. The guy who made my sandwich had no interest in making it. Dumped all the ingredients into the shawarma in one place and wrapped it up like a ball. The pickles weren't even cut properly, they were massive chunks. There was too much sauce and it made the whole thing soggy and fall apart. They kept the sandwich on the grill after wrapping for less that ten seconds, the result of which was paper stuck to the pita and impossible to remove. Ended up throwing a lot of it. Do not eat here. Go spend your money at one of the other restaurants in the food court.

1st order: Had the mixed Shawarma salad. With chicken and beef Shawarma. Had the taboulleh salad. And Fattoush salad. I like the tabouli salad a lot. It’s finely chopped parsley with tomatoes, mint, onion, bulgur, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and sweet pepper. The Fattoush salad was OK. It’s mixed greens. A lot of lettuce. And other vegetables like tomatoes and radishes. Future - try substituting it with a cabbage salad. The meat (chicken and beef) were not spiced well, didn’t have much flavour and it tasted dry and not juicy. I ordered a bottle of Mountain Dew but they didn’t have bottles so substituted for a bottle of Perrier. Meh tbh.
