I ordered here and feel like I got scammed.
Got 3 Beef RokBoxes and they were almost exclusively rice. I got 2-3 ounces of shawarma meat, approximately half of a hamburger patty size. Ironically, they skimped on the pickles and turnips even more. I wish I had taken a picture, I know this review sounds like an exaggeration.
I ordered online for pickup, maybe I would have gotten a slightly better portion if they were making it in front of me, but this was unacceptable.
The shape of their box is such that it helps make the food bland. As it is, they skimped on everything but rice, but the almost cubic shape of the RokBox doesn't allow for the few drops of sauce they use to distribute well through your food. A wider flatter box would be more effective, but then it'd be even more obvious that it's 90% rice.
So while it didn't taste bad, it certainly wasn't anywhere near as good as it could potentially be. Maybe I'll have better luck at another location, but this place has completely lost my business.
I gave it two stars because Google won't let you leave 0 and this place doesn't deserve the absolute lowest rating possible. The staff was at least polite, and there was enough rice that I was at least full after eating...just didn't want to fill up exclusively on rice. I'd give this place 1.5 stars if it was an option, but it's not, so I was generous and pushed it to 2. I still wouldn't prefer to eat here, but it's not the literal worst.

Villa Madinas food is good. But this particular locations staff is extremely rude. I have experienced it several times as it’s right across my office. They don’t even take your order completely. They don’t have the patience to let you choose what you want included or not. I have allergies and there was no one behind me in the line. Not a good experience.

The staff were nice and friendly, but my chicken sharwama was pretty tasteless. The rice was bland veggies wasn't fresh. Chicken was dry and seemed old. Not worth of almost $17 for sure.

I ordered a beef wrap, and the meat felt like chewing a paper, with other ingredients that seemed old. I understand it’s fast food, but it should not provide a poor quality.
The staff also seemed tired and stressed during the lunch rush, which affected the service. It feels like the focus is more on making money than offering good food. For the same price, I’d rather go to Tahini’s in downtown, where the wraps are much more flavorful.

They don't make enough food. They count things and add them to your plate and take them back. Scotia Plaza is one of the busiest location . If you want to serve hundred people make enough food for 100 people. The box is so small. You have designed them in the smallest possible size from the bottom. You have to serve enough food when you charge almost $ 20/ plate.

The cashier added a TIP without my knowledge. Who tips on takeout? Why are people so shady and dishonest. You should be ashamed of yourself. Never going to come back.
I work morning shifts, me and my co workers waited all day until 10:30 for this to open. A guy comes from inside the kitchen from the back saying we open at 11 and I showed him google says 10:30 he accused me of lying and saying that’s another location, and also starts yelling that food is not ready, EVERYTHING WAS READY even cashier was ready to serve us at the end I told him this is poor customer service and in his soccer pants pulled up to his knees he starts yelling at us saying he doesn’t care,” don’t come back no one cares” very poor service will never come back.
