My go-to whenever getting takeout lunch when I still worked downtown. Friendly service, always generous servings. Guy behind the counter knew I was Villa Madina faithful and made an effort to keep it that way.

Ordered a chicken shawarma plate and asked to put tomatoes from r salad and the guy puts this one tiny piece. The overall salad and chicken portion in this chicken plate was horrible. Even the pickle among all other was bare minimum. Also the old man just wanted and put yellow rice without even offering the choice for rice. Tried for first time and not coming back. The issue is that the workers forget after a period of time that they are responsible for good customer service and need to stick to the script to be professional and focus on good quality food service and delivery rather than make random conversation with customers and not focus on putting proper food in the container. The store was not busy and had no customer except me and so this kind of execution is not acceptable. There are far more better quality and service chicken plate serving or shawarma restaurants and stores in this area for the same price

Food is so fresh and delicious. The portion is really good. And the workers work so hard. So the food tastes amazing. Best shwarma location in the city. And the girl at the cashout is really nice and pretty to. Would of took a picture of the food but i already finished the shwarma. 5 Stars

Everyone here including the girl at the cash till to the Arab uncle who makes shawarma is so rude. They don't understand English well and didn't understand my allergies. Never coming here again.
I have a specific diet and couldn’t eat several items included in their plate option, so I asked if I could just order a side of meat and a side salad — both of which are already on their menu. However, they refused and insisted I had to order the full plate, even though I can’t eat everything on it. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t accommodate a simple request, especially for allergy reasons. Very disappointed with this kind of behaviour
