I was hungry, looking for the place I have been in the past before the current owners. I
The sandwich was really dry and had no flavour, it was cold. It was nothing like it used to be. No wonder why I don’t see any customers anymore. Although the quality has gone down, the price has gone up, up, up.

I visited Villa Madina at Dufferin Mall today (Nov 30th) around 8.40 pm. The food has always been good. However, the service this time was below average. The staff seemed unhappy and grumpy. I was telling the lady staff that I like the food at Villa Madina. She didn't seem to follow, snapped at me and make a face. The staff had no smile and lacked basic etiquette. This location had better staff in the past. I will seriously rethink visiting this location again.

It’s very good food very delicious very healthy

The food was cold, didn’t have any flavour and the meat was hard. The person barely put any sauce. I don’t know how it has 4.5 stars the potatoes were weird, cold, and didn’t have salt

Great food.. really good portion.. I didn’t have to order anything else.. loved the taste.. everything was fresh and healthy.. highly recommended

The owners are friendly and give huuuge portions! I love all the salad and veggie options, and everything was super fresh. I wish the garlic sauce was more garlicky, but everything was delicious I'd come here again.

They serve the best shawarma plates in Toronto and the portions are huge! I recommend eating here :)

Chicken not really good

They put burnt meat and not enough, half of the meat went to the garbage and not enough, the smell of burnt meat permeated the whole meal, bad bad bad bad, it ruined my whole day. ?????????

The portions are huge and the chicken shawarma is really good. Great service from the employees and great hospitality. 10/10 would recommend.
