The food looked soooo good I didn’t even think to take a picture… This is one of the best shawarma’s I’ve ever had!!! The quality of their meats it’s amazing. They have plenty of salads options. As well, their portions are very generous. Highly recommended!!

Best shawarma I’ve ever had. The meat was the best part, the quality and taste is the best I’ve tried. The man in charge is awesome too!

Ordered a BOGO deal from this location on Uber Eats, horrendous experience the food was really not great. Gave us lentil rice instead of saffron, super greasy, a tiny amount of meat, didn't even cover the insane amount of rice. Super tiny amount of sauce. I've ordered from another location before and it was amazing, avoid this location if ordering on Uber.

Not the authentic middle eastern shawarma platter!! The potato chips were stale. The service was good. But they need to serve the food fresh! Should be worth the time we waited for.

Why are the pickles purple? Guy put two falafel balls in my sandwich! The guy also takes cash with his gloves on and wouldn't have changed it if I didn't say anything.

I was working nearby the Duffrin mall and was pretty much hungry, so I searched for a restaurant. I found Villa Madina and decided to try their Shawarma sandwich. But honestly, it was really bad — even the meat wasn’t properly cooked. The lettuce pieces were huge, and the tomato made it feel more like a curry than a sandwich.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – BEWARE
This place feels like a scam. I ordered a regular chicken and beef shawarma wrap at Villa Madina, and the bill came out to $28, which didn’t make sense. When I questioned it, I found out the staff made a super wrap instead of a regular one because they were “out of regular wraps” — but they still tried to charge me the higher price. When I confronted the manager/owner, he acted as if he didn’t know, yelled at the staff, and initially refused a refund. Only after a lot of back and forth did he finally return the money.
On top of that, the food was terrible. The chicken tasted stale and had a fishy smell, and instead of the beef shawarma wrap I ordered, I got a mixed one. The meat again was stale and smelled off.
Overall, horrible service and even worse food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The man behind the counter Convinced me to order. before placing my order.I asked if he could clean his knife from metal before shaving the meat.. I see him sharpening the knife. Then
Immediately using it to shave meat. I watched him do this for 2 customers. Before I ordered, I asked if he Could please clean the knife from the metal shaving. He immediately.
Yelled and told me to get out of here. Having little sharp metals in my food is not something I like. It is unsafe for everyone and for myself. Sharpened knives should be rinsed and cleaned before used.

Buyer beware at the Dufferin Mall location. It's super scammy. The worker (or owner) tried charging me for the Rok Box(?) as I tried to order a single side garlic potatoes. $13.99 instead of $4.79. Then he refused to correct himself and give me what I ordered. He tried again to scam me at the point-of-sale by charging me for a bottled water, which I didn't order. Does he think we can't read the menu? It's wild these tactics are happening at Dufferin Mall (of all places) nowadays.

The service e was good the man who worked at the place was nice but accidentally gave me kabab instead of chicken. The kabab was nice and fresh, the man gave me nice big portion of toppings and the speed was kinda good, I think it was a little behind because of the kabab

I bought kefta from here and the meat tasted funny. I had to throw it out. It’s too expensive to be selling spoiled food.

The portion sizes were great. However, we had to throw the entire box out because the couscous was spoiled. It was extremely disappointing, and nothing tasted fresh. We informed the staff member, who tasted it and agreed that it was spoiled. It felt like a complete waste of $18.
