I’m a big, big fan of Villa Madina generally but the quality at this location is sorely lacking.

Absolutely the worst shawarma I’ve ever had . . The chicken shawarma barely had any chicken — it was mostly loaded with veggies. The so-called hot sauce had no flavor at all . . On top of that, the staff was rude and the service was disappointing. Honestly, Osmow’s is 100 times better in every way.

😫how this place is still in business. The man who served the food looked incredibly miserable. The chicken was burned. The pepperoncini were super bitter and clunky.

This is the worst shawarma I’ve had in my life. Their wraps usually slap so I thought I’d get the rokbox. If I could go back in time I would this is my life’s only regret up to date. There’s no flavour the rice is mushy this is real life nasty. Bro was tryna be stingy with the chicken too I had to ask him to put more it’s like he did it wanna be there. In all fairness I wouldn’t wanna be there serving terrible food to customers either. I usually keep my reviews cute but yall need to understand just how bad this was I’m getting mad as I look at the box thinking I may have to finish this. I’m appalled where’s the seasoning the quality the literal anything! Their lucky the lowest rating I can give is a 1.

Got the mixed shawarma salad, so flavorful and filling. The shawarma was great and sauces were amazing; genuinely one of the best salads I’ve ever had

The most horrible food Toronto has for you.
I ordered on the website before going to the store and seing that they didn’t have half of what I ordered. Rice was mushy and dripping water, meat dry and burnt, all toppings and veggies not fresh. Plus the place was understaff and filthy.

I didn’t get what I ordered and need a refund.

Avoid this place at all cost if you don’t want to be sick.

Worst shawarma I have had from the Villa Madina franchise. Including rice, chicken, beef & rest of the toppings & dressings. Just horrible.
For $18.29 shawarma (including taxes) had higher expectations. I had it from this same location prior to Jan 2024 and I was better than this time.

Worst location in the city. The falafel in the wrap had no flavour. The sauces are just wet and gross. The service is subpar and they don’t care if they get your order wrong.

Good service but quantity of food served for 15$ is way too low. Tried the falafel combo.

Ordered a chicken shawarma plate, was served with what looked like a chicken soup full of skin on top of rice. Had to talk to server which then cut me real chicken that looked and tasted different. They don't always give you real shawarma chicken if you don't pay attention.
