I probably order from Vit Beo virtually once week. They're so good that let's put it like this: I love sprouts with my pho. Vit beo is the only viet place I know that doesn't serve them w pho (or hoisin for that matter). I could easily order pho from any other place in the city and get all the accoutrements, but the quality of Vit's broth and beef is so damn high, that instead, I go out of my way to separately buy all accoutrements while grocery shopping on Saturday so that I can have them with my Vit pho takeout. Also, don't miss out on the chicken Banh Mi--it's SO awesome with extra kewpie and meat! Staff are super friendly, and again, their ingredient quality is extremely high, pure, and fresh. The smaller menu means WAY better ingredients and attention to detail. Definitely a must try!

Expensive but it's pretty good. Kind of small portion for $20. Took a little while.

The pork belly congee, egg fried rice and vegan pho were off the hook, absolutely delicious. The place has a cool vibe and the guys working there were all super friendly and seemed happy to be working there

Small, diner-style Vietnamese spot serving classics and complementary dishes. We ordered the pork dumplings and cucumber salad for our appetizers, and the taste and textures were on point.

Flavorful pho broth, and they back this up by not providing any hoisin on the side - a bit of a kick from the pepper.

A very warm spot. Seating was tight!

This was my first time here so ordered classic fave dishes: beef pho and fried chicken banh mi and i was very pleased! I don’t generally go for fried chicken. It’s a modern version of pho and banh mi but keeps all the essence of the dishes with their own touch to it. I love the fresh chilis in the soup and the banhmi. The atmosphere is laid back and can feel small but sitting at the side counters reminded me of Tokyo ramen restos and watching the mastas cook.

I’ll def come back to try their other food items!

I Ate there alone on the counter front to the window and felt very welcomed. Good ambiance for a small place. Beef Pho was very good!

Delicious. Maybe a deep clean in the seating area would be beneficial for customers. Staff were very nice.

Ordered it off uber as my fam was interested in the veg options but I got non veg for myself. Honestly the croquettes had a strong brisket smell but tasted mainly of potatoes and the PBK was rather boring, I ended up not finishing the noodles after having the beef and the added on egg. According to my fam the veg pho had the blandest soup they’ve ever had.

Wanted to try this place as I had heard great things about it, and was not disappointed. The decor and vibe are unpretentious and chill. The staff and service are excellent. The food is not traditional Vietnamese; it’s more of a fusion style, but still delicious. The brisket croquettes tasted like a bowl of pho, but in a small, condensed, deep-fried ball. The pho bò kho was tomatoey, buttery, and very flavourful. The banh mi was pretty good, too. This is an excellent place to enjoy a new take on classic Vietnamese dishes.

Great spot for Vietnamese food. The Beef Pho was on point & flavorful, the shaking beef with kale salad was a nice surprise and the bok choy was the best I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend these 3 dishes.
