I have been visiting vivitha for years. First- breakfast is so classy, tasty. Mimosas are a great add on. They have a fabulous two course seafood special, for 55 dollars which my fiancé and I had recently- one of the best meals I have had. The staff, service and intimacy is worth the walk across the beach. Highly recommend

I ordered a ham, mushroom, and cheese omelet. After ordering, the server, randomly patted my shoulder (I’m a minor) and said something along the lines of, “Eggs benny, right?” I said no, as I had ordered an omelet. A while later, she arrived at my table with an eggs benedict. The potato wedges also had the texture of the inside of soggy French fries.

Bad experience. came here with clients who used to frequent this restaurant and said it used to be good. we were handed the ‘specials’ menu which says only until a certain hour, but were told specials are still on and to ignore times. we were told ´ignore times’ 3 times! special includes free salad or soup and $2 off house wine. so all 4 of us ordered from it. i paid and gave a great tip. only realized later that they charged us for all soups & salad and regular price for the wine. i requested a refund but had to wait for owner approval. owner would not refund tip and charged me for the salad as it was larger than their free one. this means the waitress got over 25% tip and rewarded for ripping us off. not impressed.
also, they were out of bowtie pasta and simply substituted it for some random pasta & only told us at time of serving it. they didnt ask what type we may want instead, just made the choice for us. the soup (squash/beet) sucked, no flavour, watered down. chicken florentine was red/dry even tho it’s supposed to be a cream sauce, didnt eat it, took it home & added cream to it which was so much better.

The food was absolutely amazing. I usually order Alfredo pasta, but accidentally ordered the chicken Parmesan. It was really nice. The bread with the vinegar and olive oil was absolutely delightful. The restaurant was very clean. We also had the option to sit on the patio. I would definitely return.

Found this quaint hidden gem on queen street east in the beaches . The restaurant has a cozy patio and 2 floors of indoor dining along with a sky light on the upper floor ! The menu has an extensive choice of European cuisine and also brunch/ breakfast options. We ordered a Stella and a Riesling for drinks along with a Focaccia club with Garlic chicken as well as a Smoked Sausage Western omelette. The food was delicious with great flavours. All ingredients were fresh and prepared well. Our server was very friendly, welcoming and with a big smile !!
