Absolutely love this place! Speechless with how amazing the food tastes! My body is so grateful when I eat here. Delicious & healthy-this is an example of when food becomes medicine. Quality of all the ingredients is incredible, hard to find places like this nowadays. Staff is super sweet, & the maple syrup donuts are sweet too.

So we decided to take the hour drive to explore this gem of a place. Though by the time we arrived we were limited in terms of choices, there were no disappointments. The owners are so lovely - great vibrations all round.
?The food was so flavourful. I had quinoa, chickpea stew, mac & cheese, and pumpkin. My friend had the peas stew, rice & peas, mac & cheese, soya stew. Though he's not vegan he thoroughly FULLjoyed his. Our meals were served with a green salad & fried plantain.
? We also opted for the tropical juice - so tasty & refreshing
As first time visitors & surprisingly so, we received dessert - sugar free plantain balls topped with coconut shreds. They were so fluffy & yummy. I couldn't have enough & wish I bought some extras. I also received soup & porridge!
After such an amazing experience, I will definitely recommend & return.

Everyone who works here is awesome the food taste delicious the only issues I have is this establishment is cash only & the special I got was over priced to me at least. But food quality and taste was amazing! Parking is hard to find also because the restaurant is on a busy street.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and tried their veggie platter, it was tasty with lots of food! I don't know too much about the Carribean cuisine but I enjoyed the variety and the portion size. The staff was very friendly!
