I understand it can be quite busy at this place, but The least they can do is let the person or group know that they have a seating limit of 3 hours. It seems like this only occurs when they start seeing more people coming at the bar. This is really uncomfortable and should not happen. Should the hosts or the waiter advise the table that they have a seating time limit, the discomfort would be avoided. You can’t be seated and served then at the last 30 minutes or 45 minutes someone will approach you and tell you that you have ‘this amount of time left’ when you have already planned on ordering something at a certain time. This could be avoided by letting people know in advance ( written in the menu that there’s a certain sitting limit depending on the days). They choose and pick whenever people are waiting at the door Sometimes same day same hour when there’s no one waiting at the door they let you stay more than 3/4 hours but whenever they feel like kicking people out, they do so. This is unethical and should be addressed as soon as people sit down or should be written in the menu.

Like for what reason these people charge you tip whit-out any notice. I didn’t realize I paid $7 more until I saw the bill.

The brisket burger was delicious and a fair price.
I ordered a burger and fries to go 30 minutes before closing. I watched the person in the kitchen assembling my burger as I waited at the bar. Between making my burger, she used a cleaning spray and rag to wipe down the equipment and surfaces. She did not wash her hands and continued to make my burger in between cleaning. She was not wearing gloves either. I asked for a refund on the burger and the manager said the cleaner is food safe. She did not give me a refund and I left without the burger. Even if a spray is food safe, people should not be handling food while using old rags and cleaning products without washing their hands first. That is NOT food safe! I regret tipping at this terrible place.

Sliders were so good. I think they have the best hot dogs downtown. Cheap and tasty with all the toppings you want. And of course super cheap beers. (Limited selection of cheap ones but who cares)

Poutine had good flavors and fries were perfectly cooked (super moist inside) but lots of problems with my order:
1. No fork - this is just kind of sloppy, been ordering poutine for 25 years and never have I not received a fork. How do they expect you to eat this? I am a tourist staying at a hotel. It was a terrible experience eating this hot poutine with my fingers. 2. They missed my drink. Ordered 2 and they didn't read the order properly. 3. Too hot. Cheese curds should be 95% intact.
The flavor of the poutine was good (fries, gravy and curds) so they have potential, just give the option to have the gravy or curds on the side, provide a fork (mandatory) and read the quantity of the orders.
