The Black Lagoon Halloween Pop Up Bar was fantastic. The atmosphere, the drinks, and the staff were top notch. I would highly recommend this experience

The Walrus was a great place to catch up with friends. The service was prompt and attentive and the food was exceptional. We ordered a number of appetizers to share and the food came out quickly. Even though the Blue Jay game was on, the noise level for a Friday night was good.

Fish portion was large for the fish and chips. Portion size of the Arancini was rather small. The server was really nice and cheerful. Prices were a bit high, certainly more than the $$ rating on OpenTable. But being in the middle of the Financial District you have to expect this, I guess.

Service was TERRIBLE. We saw our server 2x, once when he took our order and the 2nd time was when I had to flag him down for water after both myself and my guest had empty glasses for 15+ minutes. I requested our bill at that time. We were there for 90 minutes, enjoyed the food but I won't be hosting another lunch at this establishment anytime soon.

Was at the restaurant years ago with firends and had a good experience but this time was let down on the service and quality of food/drinks. Our Waiteress was lousy at service had to ask another server who wasn’t waiting on us to get another drink refill food wasn't worth the value of its cost the salad bowl that was order had lots of lettuce but dressing was scares making it very dry , margarita that i was served wasn’t even a full cup sat 3/4 inch from top . The smoke house gouda burger was just average nothing special .The wait to get the bill for the food from the original waitress took forever after we finished food as it seemed she kept disappearing the whole time we were there . Needless to say after this experience tonite i don't think ill be returning to the walrus

We visited Walrus on August 15th. We were a group of 10 people and ordered multiple apps and drinks. Excellent food and service. Our waitress Tori was attentive and quick. It was a bit odd that we were asked to move to another similar table for another upcoming reservation towards the end. No one showed up when we were leaving. We could have finished at the original table. Other than that everything was great. We will go back again.

What an amazing experience. HUGEEE thanks to Simon who severed us downstairs ... just an amazing energetic person. We can see how busy she was and still was able to perform exceptionally and with such high customer service and professionalism. Truly Amazing .... Highly recommend the place and ask for Simon ... u won't be disappointed. :)
