We’ve been to this restaurant three times now, and the food has been consistently amazing every single time. Everything tastes delicious, and the quality never disappoints. The service is always excellent as well — friendly and attentive staff who make the experience even better. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!❤️

Food was good!
However all the seats are very close to each other so it can be hard to hear each other sometime

Food was good but the poor accessibility and lack of help from servers is very disappointing.

The food is delicious! I highly recommend the Khao Pad Nam Prik — it’s excellent. The boat noodle hot pot is also a great option to share, and the soup tastes exactly like it does in Thailand. Don’t forget to order Kanom Krok and Khao Neow Ma Muang for dessert to finish your meal. You won’t be disappointed.

Booked online, and was easy to get a reservation through OpenTable for the next day.
Restaurant interior is nicely decorated. I will say it's a bit of a tight spot in some areas, so hopefully you're not carrying a lot. But there are hooks to hang your stuff as well.
Service was fairly prompt. We were sat quickly, water came out quick, as did the appetizers. To start out, got skewers, fried tofu, and the fried mini shrimp. Everything tasted great! My favourite was the beef skewers. I was pleasantly surprised that the meat wasn't chewy like some other places I've been too. The fried tofu had a really nice crunch, so if you like that, it's a good dish.
For mains, got a few at the table. For myself, the chicken ga prao was what I had ordered. Ordered medium spicy, and can say that I could have used more, but always hard to gauge at a Thai place what their spice levels are. The dish itself tasted pretty good, though I think I preferred the soup that my friend got (think it was pad soi). The soup had a kick, but was very balanced with the coconut milk in the soup.
For dessert, the table tried the mango coconut sticky rice dish, ube ice cream, and the Pandan coconut icecream. The ube had a good flavour, but was fairly well frozen and a bit hard to eat right away. The coconut mango sticky rice cake dish, it tasted really good. The only drawback here is that mangoes aren't in season, and it was a bit more sour than sweet. For the coconut Pandan, it was very light and I loved the texture of the add-ons (Pandan jelly noodles, taro, and corn) and the coconut syrup itself. Would probably say this dish isn't for everyone though, as it is lighter in flavour than any of the other desserts.
Overall, I loved the food here. There was a slight issue with the order and the bill, but the store owner did chat with me and we were able to fix it (same day - so quick response).

WangLang Thai is such a solid spot. Everything tasted super fresh and flavourful, and the grilled pork jowl was the best thing we ordered! All staffs were very nice. Highly recommended!

I went on a Monday night with a group of four. It wasn't very busy but we sat there for forty minutes and never got served. All of the tables around us got their food but the servers never even looked at us as they walked by several times. We got up and left without anyone seeming to notice. It was a really weird experience.

Made a Winterlicious reservation for a Monday night and arrived with half of my party (had called ahead to make sure that the other folks arriving 15 minutes late would be ok). We were given water and then never addressed again, even after our party had all arrived. All in all, we sat for 40 minutes unserved before making our way over to Little Sister for an incredible dinner and awesome service. Maybe the food is great here - I wish I knew!

Heard so many good things about this restaurant and tonight the food came short. We tried their winterlicious menu, we ordered the beef skewers and a crab spring roll, wagyu beef noodles, soft shell crab curry and apps felt like it was pre made already. Wagyu beef noodle had sweet potato noodles which I didnt think worked as well as the original rice noodle they usually serve. None of the food stood out nor was it served hot. Quite disappointed

One of my fave Thai restos in Toronto! The vibes are really cool but also the food is spicy. Like if you request for Thai spicy they give you Thai spicy! Which is pretty rare for the resto in TO to do cause it’d normally burn peoples faces off lol. But they also had the veggie morning glory which is also a super rare find! It’s my bf’s fave veg and I literally went 1 year without seeing him eat a green (which was concerning) so the fact he eat this eagerly should show you something. Will deffs be back.
Update: went back and quality went down. Going to give it another chance but seems like it varies sometimes. I went on a weekday this second time so maybe that contributed.

Great appetizers, but disappointing service and communication regarding dessert
I’ve visited Wanglang before, but this Winterlicious experience left me feeling a bit confused. The appetizers were solid, but the main course—the soft-shell crab—lacked the expected crunch and was overall average in flavor.
The biggest issue was the service flow. We ordered our full set menu at 9:00 PM, including the Mango Sticky Rice. However, at 9:40 PM, we were suddenly told it was sold out and offered only ice cream as a substitute unless we waited for an hour. It was frustrating because we had pre-ordered everything. Strangely, after we suggested canceling the dessert altogether, the manager claimed they could make it in 10 minutes. While we got our dessert, the inconsistent information was very off-putting.
