The frog legs were absolutely amazing. The spice on it is addicting. The small shrimp cake is crispy and crunchy too! One of a kind food in TO, that isn't served anywhere else.

Amazing Thai food. It rivals Pai (the Toronto mainstay for good Thai food). The atmosphere is nice for a dine in meal but they also do takeout.

Unique Thai dishes, not just your usual pad thai and curry. Tiny shrimp chips!!! ???

Restaurant has lively atmosphere, fun decor, and some cool menu items.Unfortunately none of our dishes arrived at the same time. Two of us had to watch for 30 mins as two of us ate our meals, the fourth dish for our table arrived 45 mins after the first.I think the restaurant would benefit from having less dishes on the menu.

In a world where all the restaurants on King Street are overpriced and under seasoned, only one place can provide awesomely seasoned food for a slightly lower price and that's Wang Lang. This new restaurant came out of the blue, but has been absolutely phenomenal. The food and customer service is amazing and their focus on authentic Thai flavours is absolutely mind blowing. I hope they continue to maintain this excellent flavour profile and service. Keep up the good work.Dietary restrictions: Not the best place for those with a nut allergy.

Wow really impressed with the food. Beef skewers, sliced pork, pad thai, & lemongrass salad were all fantastic. Will be ordering delivery again.

I've been to Wang Lang 3+ times, so it feels like a good time to give them a critical review.First and foremost, like with all the other reviews, the food is refreshingly innovative and authentic. If you enjoy classic Thai restaurants in the city like Pai and newcomers like Som Tum Jinda, you'll like this restaurant. Dishes are intensely flavoured and use traditional flavours like garlic and holy basil. I recommend the frog legs and the classic Pad Gra Prow, delicious.Unfortunately, what this restaurant lack the most is consistency and service. In the many times I've been here, I've had NUMEROUS times where my main was completely forgotten, or where water would not be provided unless explicitly asked. These are all occurrences where the restaurant is at 20% capacity, with more than enough staff to handle the request. I've also noticed them mixing up a lot of dishes for other tables while dining, with myself personally experiencing a wrong order for a delivery. All of which to say...I'm glad this restaurant exist amongst the great Thai restaurants we have in the city, but if they want to prove to themselves that they're amongst the other great Thai restaurants in the city, they really need to step up their customer service. For now, I'll wait a bit before my next visit...

Food is excellent. Some of the best Thai in town. Service is excellent. I requested our table be moved, since it was right by the entrance, and the servers immediately helped. Place can get very congested and loud, but such is toronto. 10/10 Thai food.

Overall I was expecting more from this restaurant. The service was mediocre. They brought one main dish and brought the second one 20 minutes later. One appetizer didn't even come out until after both mains. I complained to the server that this is unacceptable and she argued that some dishes cook faster than others. They clearly don't understand how restaurants work. The food was ok. The quality looked better in pictures. There are better Thai restaurants in Toronto. Overall this restaurant seems to be more for young students on a budget, and want cheap food. Don't go if you're looking for quality Thai food or top notch service.
