Stas at Watson Toronto delivered one of the best bar experiences I’ve had anywhere. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and immediately understood what we were looking for in a drink. Her cocktail knowledge is exceptional—she guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations and created drinks that were both creative and perfectly executed.
Beyond her skill, it’s her presence that stands out: calm under pressure, attentive without hovering, and genuinely kind. Went here for drinks with friends and excitedly found out they had buck-a-shuck at certain times. The service was great. The server/bartender (I didn’t get his name) was very helpful and friendly. Drinks are a bit pricey but I guess that’s expected with cocktail bars like this.

The bartenders are really passionate about what they do and that is reflected in their cocktails. Spring dew is one of the better cocktails that I’ve tasted.
Great cocktails! I especially enjoyed the Soho Garden and The Anthropologist, which is served in a unique tea cup from Kyiv. Bartender Roman made amazing drinks. We came late at night and the kitchen was still open - as they say, it’s open every day until 2 AM. Nice spot!
