I'm an EASY 5 star review. All you have to do is not be horrible. I just waited over half an hour for a JBC snack wrap from A FAST FOOD PLACE!! When service is that bad, at least offer a free side or coupon so I don't walk angry. Everyone there walked away angry thus morning.

Cute & cozy. Large Fake fireplace takes up an entire wall. Ample seating, competent & friendly staff & the food is standardly consistent Wendy's fare.

My opinion is Wendy's is the best fast food in toronto. This place is awesome, seating capacity is temporary likited but there are still always a place to sit. Soda machines are mindblowing here!

Awesome service here by Annette, thank you for your kindness and smile. Another lady was very nice to me as well, I believe she was off shift! Very friendly, and a clean restaurant, and great, fresh food. That new pretzel burger was awesome!!!

Not a lot of Wendy's downtown, but this one is the best one. I get the chili every time.The manager also gave me back the coupons after I used them because they were sure I'd be back again, and they were right.
This place has absolutely nothing. Go to the app, the menu is half of what the menu at other locations are. I would love to know where the other half of the menu went, because it's sure not at this location. I'm just thankful I went of the app before going there, would have been a huge waste of time.

I havent been there for awhile. They seemed really short staffed and my order took almost 20 to be handed to me. I kept my cool. Its some weird times these days. Food was okay, fries were nice and hot.

I ordered online for the $3 burger promo. Food taste fresh the service is ok but I didn't get the coffee but was tod to choose any drink as a replacement. When I got my order I went to get a sit and make mybid and covid passport ready and was stop by the security guard saying its closed even though there are a few people left eating she said she is closing soon and just waiting for the people to finish eating. So I looked around and see that majority of the store are open. I end up looking for a place to eat my sandwich so I end up at Dundas Square on a pretty cold night. So for you shoppers for Xmas don't ever drop by 10 Dundas st Food court to have a meal and relax because the stores serve just for take out .

Was looking forward to a Wendy's meal Nov 5 2021 around 1pm. However, after seeing how a woman wearing a manager nametag was poorly handling orders and staff - while I waited in a slow moving line - I left the restaurant to go elsewhere.
