Made a mobile order , burger was ready on the counter for about 10 mins , instead of finishing my order they focus on the skip and uber orders leaving all other customers to wait. Burger was cold. I understand if they were waiting for the nuggets to finish but they were sittin in the warming tray ready. Charge me extra for a sauce that I dont recieve. Was looking forward to trying the new sauce but I guess not . Maybe management has to look into hiring more ppl to focus on the delivery app instead of forgetting about the other customers.
