Ordered through Uber. Baked potato replaced with poutine which I hate and tossed in trash can. Notified Uber and was refunded for potato, however, didn't know about other items until I tried. Fountain drink tasted like bottom of canister and went down the sink. New onion burger was a joke. Dried and hard. No tomato and lettuce. Nuggets tasted as if they sat all day. Just not worth going through hassle of Uber form again.

There some rap head work there I am sure in there culture black skin is not acceptable ever time I went there make an order the short me something to get more money out of me, it was aledg the company founder was a part of the masonic brother wood that see all race as a kindred the burger patty made in the shape of a square which represents honesty and in a simple fear and square now I understand and I learn my lesson from u are frome u are dishonest I and I am aware of it I will not eat that dishonest energy from your hand so simply I.will not eaten from that vessel because it's not of the creator, I will not eat from the plate of dishonest not under the sun moon and the star !

Place my order using my app. Went through drive-through. They said they did not receive the order. They asked me if I was at the right location I said yes 2277 Shepherd Ave. They said move forward and review your app. I re-resent my order using my app. My app told me the order was already received. Went back through drive-through. I was told they did not receive my order and for me to contact Head office. Waste of time spent 30 minutes for nothing. Drove over to Mary Brown’s had a great meal.

I ordered a meal for myself and my family. Due to an error on the part of Wendy's one of my burgers didn't make it onto my order which I didn't find out until I drove home. I phoned and the manager said if I came back she would give me the missed burger for free. I drove back while my family ate their meal expecting that I would get the entire meal comped but that is not what happened. The manager said I should be happy that I got the missed item for free. I would be much happier if I didn't have to drive to Wendy's twice to complete my order while my family eats without me. One star dining experience. Double check your order, there is a good chance they will get it wrong and try to make it sound like they are doing you a favor to correct it.
