On top of that, I saw an employee poured coffee from a metal bucket into the coffee machine, and then that became my coffee.
I didn’t drink it—I threw it away. Coffee from a metal bucket? Are you serious?
Why don’t you drink it yourself?

Worst Wendy's on the planet. No English speaking employees. I ordered a cheesy cheddar burger, and got a plain burger on a bun. I hope this location closes down and nobody finds a new job.

Please ask your male staff members to shower more often. I have been in there several times where I was assaulted with the smell of body odour. Not an appetizing smell in a restaurant

So happy there is a Wendy's at this mall! 🙂 Staff were friendly and the food was tasty. The order took a little longer than normal from a mobile order, and even though I ordered a Peppermint Frosty on the app, they were out. Also, I felt the salad portion was less than other locations. Hopefully with some training, the quality of service will improve.
Edit: still service is not improving. The owner needs to staff up with people that move the line better.
