It was alright. Had that new spicy tackis chicken. It was just ok. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while but it seems like it hasn’t changed.

The guy behind the counter was nice enough to let me redeem two coupons but later his manager had yelled at him I would not recommend coming here the manager is very stingy and does not appreciate people putting coupons to use.

The workers have gotten more and more rude over the years. There is a noticeable difference how they treat students compared to staff and faculty. While in line or waiting for my food, I notice they treat you like trash if you look under 25. They make the food well, but damn, don’t open a restaurant in a university and then treat anyone under 25 like they’re below you.
Took forever to take my order even though it was empty (server was just talking to another worker) Plus was rude, and somehow messed up my single item order, overcharged me, and then gave me back the wrong change back.

The manager at this location is HORRIBLE! I was at this Wendy’s when it was at its busiest (considering it’s a school it’s very busy) so i ordered a chicken burger combo with a bacon burger for my boyfriend and was patiently waiting. Then i heard one of the workers say “chicken burger with bacon” and i’m like oh i didn’t order bacon in my burger so it’s not me (there’s like 20+ ppl around me so how was I supposed to know?)
Then like 5 mins later the same worker said it again and the manager looked at me and said “well didn’t u order the two burgers”? im like “oh i didn’t realize that’s what he meant okay” so i got it and the manager was like “when ppl call out ur order u gotta pick it up idk why ur waiting” and im like “well don’t be rude you jerk- maybe if ppl could actually hear u it wouldn’t be this difficult”. I was so SO UPSET because why was he being snarky when I was just trying to get my food??? then he’s telling me to calm down and saying some other rude stuff behind my back…
I used to enjoy this wendy on my breaks, but this guy is a complete jerk.

Ever think water is a human right? Think again! This place denied me water, I didn't even ask for a bottle! All I asked was for MY waterbottle to be refilled! Absolutely never buying from this specific place again.

Can head office fix the online ordering and coupon scanner for this place it was working for the last 3 years now it isn’t working and they don’t know how to fix it.

I tried to buy food for 40 students paying with York University Flex card, the sell staff and supervisor didn't accept this food order. They told me that I can pay with that card up to $ 20. When I try to pay one by one, they told me that I can use the flex card only one time because the university do not pay them more than $20, is not the university's money, this card only has available the money that we deposit on it. I want to let the restaurant owner know that this summer 2024 your restaurant lost a lot money, more than 40 students wanted to eat in this restaurant many days, and they didn't because the staff didn't allow them pay the total order in only one payment with the York University Flex Card, and Just as not one by one with the same card.
