Wendy is so healthy and affordable. I used to be a big fan of McDonald's, but not anymore. Wendy's are definitely healthier choices as they have salad, and nachos.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. I ordered through the drive-thru, but the quality of the food was extremely poor. The taste was unacceptable and there was a strong, unpleasant smell. After taking just one bite, I could not continue eating and had to throw the food away. Considering I paid around $10 for this meal, I expected at least basic standards of freshness and quality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the expectations I have from a well-known chain restaurant.”

That manager “Gowthami“ is very very very incompetent and unprofessional. I had pulled up to the drive thru and I told her my orders but she was not understanding so I slowly broke them down one at a time so she can understand because I suspected language barrier or technical difficulties with the drive thru machine. She kept raising her voice and telling me “ok I got that”. I saw on the screen that she got my orders right so I proceeded to window. Upon delivering my drinks, we noticed that she got the sizes wrong, so I told her the drinks are correct but wrong sizes. I asked for a Large strawberry lemonade and medium Diet Coke both less ice but she gave me Medium strawberry lemonade with tons of ice and Large Diet Coke with less ice. She then told me “that’s all you get sir”. She said that’s what I ordered, her voice went from 10 to 100, I was in disbelief. She kept saying oh my God, sir that’s a lie that even her coworkers heard I asked for the order I got. I told her no big deal that I’m not gonna argue over a drink and she said “if you want I can charge you extra” she kept talking over me and wouldn’t even look at the screen to see that she even put the correct order 😂😂 she slammed the window while I was talking then started yelling in her language to go get my food.
She came back and slammed the bag on my hand. That’s when I got upset and started going back n forth about her service. I asked for the manager and she said “I’m the manager, everyone heard what you said”
The evidence of my order was on receipt but her ego and manager power trip wouldn’t let her see she made a mistake.
Still don’t understand why she was raging over changing a drink
I’ve been to this location about 4 times ever and 3/4 my orders have been missed. Only one time that I’ve had a “I’m sorry, I’ll fix that for you”.
Customer service is horrible here. They don’t even greet you, they literally take order and you pay. They don’t even respond to thank you It’s like they all bunch of frustrated people working there.
Will NEVER go to this location.
