I'm writing this review because I'm a little bit disappointed, there probably was a shortage on lettuce so I can understand cuz usually this doesn't happen. But literally every piece of lettuce in my salad was old, brown and dingy. Not the best experience there, but otherwise usually this location is great.
Dietary restrictions: Honestly Wendy's is one of the most accommodating restaurants that would be considered fast food, if you don't want to bun for your hamburger you can literally switch it out with two pieces of lettuce.

Got the asiago chicken. Didnt ask for a medium but he auto upped me to it. Got it and well. I got a piece of lettuce would make Mr.scrooge proud. It was one finger indent big. i guess i should be happy i got a slice of tomato. This place is a scam and takes advantage of the unwary. Plus the junior bacon cheeseburger. The cheese was still cold. Great to know it was refrigerated. But its terrible even for fast food even in Mcdonalds the cheese is semi melted or warm

Great food. Why isn’t there a Wendy’s at every square miles of TO? It’s real food but it’s a fast food, perfect combo. All the other fast food resto’s falls very short of Wendy’s, except for Harvey’s of course.

Went to the drive thru, they said pull up to the first window but i waited 10 mins at the first window. After 10 mins of no one at the first window, I pull up to the 2nd window to pay but they told us to go around again to the first window to pay for my order. Ive never had any issues with the service here until tonight. Wouldnt recommend the drive thru unless they fix themselves up.

Manager that evening needs customer service training. Such attitude. waited 20 mins for a drive thru order. blamed me for not coming back for my order wherein I was told to park and they will drop off the food.

Ordered a "Crispy" Chicken Caesar Salad which I read off of my phone at the drive-through, they gave me Grilled Chicken Caesar salad instead and when I asked them to switch to crispy. They then asked me to park and come in, and a manager/person in charge came to talk to me. They said I didn't say crispy and if I wanted crispy I would have to pay an extra $4.59 for the chicken. I said no I'm not paying that because I said crispy, after a little back and forth they ended up refunding me. This makes little sense as they could have kept my money and corrected my order instead of refunding me and wasting the salad they already made. I ended up going to get food somewhere else. This is not the first time they made a mistake at the drive through, I've order many times and it seems like half the time they forget something (usually a my kids drink or kids toy, croutons, salad dressing etc), very disappointing.
This Wendy's is one of the worst in the chain I have ever been to. Before the renovation, the service was decent. But now it's a hot mess with trash cans often overflowing, most of the tables are nasty as hell and the staff don't know how to do their job from their rear end. The fries were often cold, and the hamburgers were like someone had tossed them together a few feet away and called them good enough to serve. This makes me want to gag when some of the staff know that I often visit this place at least once or every other week. The last time I went to this Wendy's was November 9, 2024, and the poor service was the last straw as the fries were cold, and the hamburger was a hot mess of tossed things. I went to the front with the food and left it there after I said some not-so nice words to the staff. Mark my words, I won't return there even if I have the money to buy them out.

Probably the worst of all Wendy’s branch. Staff here will keep you waiting for no reason. There is literally only me and my wife in the restaurant but seems like staff conversation are more important than customer. Just laughing around, other staff on his cellphone, just bad service. Check your camera Friday November 8th around 10:30am if you think I’m making it up.

Almost all of the night shift staff are very polite. They are serving very fast, of course there can be some slowdowns during the daytime hours. They are generally good, the food is fresh.
