I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The chicken nuggets were terrible—dry, overcooked, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for a long time. Definitely not fresh and nowhere near the quality I expected.
What made it worse was the customer service. The staff was rude, uninterested, and didn’t care when I mentioned the issue. No apology, no effort to fix the problem—just pure indifference.
Overall, bad food and even worse service. This visit completely changed my opinion of Wendy’s, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The workers there no matter what day you come are genuinely so awful it’s like they hate their jobs, the customers everything like they are so rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service at all I’ve come to this location multiple times in the last 2 years and they still haven’t changed no matter which worker just snappy and rude

Bad experience, maybe the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced. To begin it’s impossible to redeem your points or scan your QR to apply any promo. It’s been like one or two months since the scanner broke. The staff here is poorly trained I think because it’s been two times the girl on the front was rude to my girlfriend. The quality of the food here is different from other Wendy’s, we got old fries and cold burgers. Also the staff is almost always in a weird mood, like they don’t care about the costumers at all, they need to improve this attitude.

Okay this is the worst wendy’s ever . We came 9:30 pm and it’s already closed half of the restaurant to sit . Benches are broken 😞 And staff it’s unfriendly not all ( but at least the one that was closing the washroom manager maybe ) So apparently even if it closes at 12 am they want to close it early . I understand they want to finish soon but it’s not okay . Burger were okays but bread was cold . Insane . French fries look old and refry since it has a really bad color .the drink was bad even it smells bad (weird ). And you can never use the app here to earn points or redeem anything , because it’s broken since forever
I came before close and the girl on the drive thru started trying to convince me that they didn’t have anything to sell. I said I wanted a Dave’s double. She convinced me to not get fries I didn’t want to give them extra cleaning. They also said they didn’t have fuse iced tea so I didn’t get a drink. Then they serve me a burger that was still ice cold inside. The cheese was rock solid and the patty still had ice. This happened Monday October 6th at 11:50pm
