Noon staffs need to learn how to behave with customers rather than showing attitude, we have ordered two meals from this Wendy’s and they didn’t asked for any ketchup n napkin ! Even though when she handed the order she made a face like she didn’t wanted me there ! They also don’t provide invoices to customers and keep them to do a good service rating by them selves! If you go there see the pouches near the counter.

The food is always excellent, but today nov 25/2024, the drive thru people was extremely rude, the mic doesn't have volume and i can't hear and when finally she take the order, her mic was open y I heard she saying "bro" and other things. What a shame I like this location, but never going back.

When I search for a burger at 3:30 am this location pops up when I specifically clicked open now. Why did it pop up? It’s sponsored… why would I want to drive to your location at 3 in the morning if you are not open? Being a sponsored link is not doing you the benefit you think it is…

Usually love the food last time I went through the drive through they charged me $0.85 for tap water which is illigal af and put it in my bill as a poutine sauce was confused by that and even if it was a matter of needing to pay for the cup I highly doubt your plastic cups cost $0.85

Although the food is decent, they sometimes mess up my delivery orders and forget an item or two and I have to keep complaining to Skip to get a credit back. Skip is more reliable then this place

Wendy's is usually pretty dependable. However, lately quality has been slipping. This restaurant, had more than enough staff to cover lunch, and yet looked like they were in over their head. Took forever to get the food, and when we did, it was "okay". No more, no less.

We bought a couple of combos, we chose Coca-Cola for our drinks and when we picked up the order they said they didn't have Coca-Cola, they didn't offer a solution or refund for the payment of the drinks, they simply said there isn't any and they also had a bad attitude.
