Worst restaurant took a long time to prepare food

Our favourite Chinese food take out! The mongolian crispy beef, general Tao chicken, pad Thai, and chicken fried rice is our standard order. Consistently delicious and good quality. Highly recommend!

The takeout from Westwood Grill was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, well-packaged, and full of flavor. Fast service and generous portions made it a great experience from start to finish!

Pre-ordered my food on Uber HOURS in advance, 4 hours to be precise. Order confirmed and everything.
30-45 minutes before the food is due to arrive, yknow, when I’m actually getting hungry, they cancelled my order.
Extremely disappointed.
Will admit, last time I ate here the food was good, but now I am reluctant to order here again since they cannot be trusted to actually deliver on a confirmed order

Their orange chicken is always great, but I wish I had the option to order some orange glaze sauce on the side, since it’s really amazing! Lemon chicken is also amazing. I’m a regular to this place, via Uber.

Westwood ruined Christmas Eve! If you can’t handle the orders don’t take them and ruin people’s evenings as they wait. We used to love Westwood, but we will never order from them again!!

So yummy and delicious food! And a general tao chicken is a must. The dish was perfectly cooked and the flavour was simply divine. Also, the service was impeccable.

Westwood grill has been our go to for Chinese Canadian for years but after tonight I'll never order from there again. The food was horrific, ½ of it ended up in the garbage. The ginger beef was as dry as beef jerky, the salt and pepper squid was entirely devoid of salt and pepper and was entirely flavourless and undercooked. The best thing was the Cantonese chow mein and it was worse than the most basic foodcourt Chinese food. I'm not sure if they have new cooks or new owners but the quality has fallen off a cliff.

Absolute garbage. The menu is outdated and already over priced but the actual prices - insane. For an order of 6 fried wonton and a shrimp Shanghai noodle for 1 person was OVER $40!?!?!
Ridiculous. At these prices, i was hoping it would be something special but man was I wrong. This place should close its doors for good. Don't waste your time or money here. Trust me.
UPDATE: SHRIMP WAS SPOLIED. DISGUSTING!

Wife and I where very disappointed with our delivery red Thai curry which arrived as a cold sloppy mess, had absolutely no Thai spice or flavour..Chicken and vegetables very bland.
