Delicious bagels. I bought half a dozen fresh bagels. They were hot right out of the oven. They were delicious, especially the jalapeño cheese flavor. I was pleasantly surprised.
Loved the bagels. However the BLT was lacking salt.
Customer service wasn’t the best. They expect you to know the whole menu before ordering.

Super confusing on how to order. There are no lines so it becomes a free for all. Really disappointed. Bagels are good

Lots of options it’s almost a bit overwhelming. You have to choose quick because the line keeps moving. A classic but pricey option for breakfast.

Customer service is dead. Apparently if you don’t know how ordering works no one will pay attention to you or assist you. I left. You do know there are visitors from out of town right? I was looking forward to this damn bagel all morning . You suck ….truly

I recently visited What A Bagel on Spadina for my birthday to claim their special offer of a dozen free bagels. You do need to pick them up manually, but it's a nice gesture! The place was quite crowded during lunchtime, so be prepared for a bit of a wait if you go at peak hours. However, the bagels were fresh and delicious, making it worth the trip. Overall, it’s a great spot for quality bagels, but timing your visit outside of lunch hours might make for a smoother experience.

The superior whatabagel location. Fast, generous with veggies at the deli corner, very well priced. I go here at least once a week. Did not realize not all whatabagel locations are this good, just went to the St. Clair W location and it paled in comparison. Definitely give this place a try, they know what they’re doing!

I'm upset with myself for spending $13.55 on a smoked salmon bagel. I asked for extra capers, and they instead put none. I wish I had watched them make it. Can only imagine how many delivery orders they mishandle. Store is a complicated maze to walk through, and the bald guy at the counter is very rude, as is the tall lady with short curly hair who gives everyone the stink eye. The other staff are friendly, for the most part, but are always chatting amongst each other and not paying attention to order ingredient requests.
Food is decent, but very overpriced
I ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats. Food and delivery service was good. Only feedback is I did request pickles on my egg bagel sandwich which they did not put. But I would order from here again.

This is the second time that this has happened to me. And unfortunately I forgot about my first experience as I came back to visit after a long time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich after trying to understand what the vegetarian or the avocado bagel would contain. The server had no idea and was asking other servers and couldn’t communicate properly. She was however great with making the breakfast sandwich and asking all the right questions about the ingredients.
What was upsetting is my experience at the cashier. This is the second time that I’ve asked this question and no one seems to give a straight answer. The breakfast sandwich is $7 without taxes. I was made to pay $2 extra because I picked up a jalapeño cheese bagel. There’s no indication suggesting extra price. When I asked the cashier why was I paying full price for the breakfast sandwich when I was paying extra for the jalapeño cheese bagel ? She kept on saying the jalapeño bagel comes at an extra price. But that price is not taken into account for the breakfast sandwich. You’re paying full price for the breakfast sandwich which already includes the price of a bagel (which I’ve not eaten) plus extra for the jalapeño bagel. Finally she understood and kept on saying that the billing system is this way! Then please fix the billing system. This is the second time I’ve ended up paying extra for a bagel that I’ve not eaten. Last time the cashier told me that I wasn’t the first one who had asked this question and that the owner needed to make the change. Why is this not addressed or communicated to the owner? Why do we pay for a bagel which we don’t end up eating and then have to pay full price for a bagel that we want in the sandwich plus the full price of the sandwich? We should be only paying for the difference in the price of the bagels and not full price!
This is great place have brunch .... ?
