Great breakfast for dinner meal. Dined solo. Went mid afternoon on a Friday and didn't have to wait at all. Had a little booth to myself. Ordered the buttermilk griddle cakes, side of 2 scrambled eggs and grapefruit juice. Everything tasted great, the syrup was top notch and the butter was amazing! The diner vibe was bang on and it felt nice and low key casual. The total for the breakfast style meal & juice was $27 but you can tell the ingredients were of high quality.

From the moment we enter this diner, we felt welcome. We called 1 hr in advance which is highly recommended, we were placed on the waiting list. Once we arrive, our table was ready! We had our table near the open kitchen where you could observe the culinary team, and what a team! Everyone worked together in great harmony. This atmosphere turned a simple meal into something memorable. Food made from local ingredients, freshly prepared, no freezing process but rather handcrafted highly nutritious dishes. Your bread transforms each sandwich into a higher level of the culinary world. It is nice to see sandwiches such as western, reuben or club house as it brings back childhood memories. We'll done! 10/10 spot. Went in super quick for a good meal but exceeded expectation. The food was excellent, as the ppl, vibe, atmosphere, etc. I was especially surprised by how one could make collard green delicious, and also in particular, the buttermilk dumpling soup! Omg, out of this world, earthy, buttery, good!

Cute lil diner with a fun menu! Great portions and super savory food options. I don't normally order dinners at diners, mostly breakfasts but the turkey dinner looked amazing & didn't disappoint.

Stop pretending we're in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Just get an online booking system and stop treating customers like throw away ATMs to use at your own disposal.

The atmosphere is great, the food is under seasoned and absolutely not worth the wait. The patty melt was good, the pancakes were better. The hot turkey completely lacked flavour.

I ordered the turkey club sandwich and it came with a delicious fresh green salad and a scoop of savoury potatoe salad. The service was quick and flavours so delicious!! I gave it only 4 stars as it may be a wait to have a seat...there is a virtual waiting list and recommen using it if you get frustrated waiting for a table. However, worth the visit!!

Guys listen listen ITS NOT WORTH ITS.
We tried to have breakfast here several times over the weekend and the wait was always 3-4 hours. This gives the impression that the diner is really very cool, so we decided to go for it anyway Because we live close to the place. So signed up on the waitlist and waited more than 3.5 hours to get an absolutely mediocre breakfast.
Yes, the omelette scramble was good. But this is an ordinary omelette.. an ordinary omelette, if they ruined it, it would be really sad. The hash brown was ok, fresh, airy, but too peppery and lacking in other spices. A lot of pepper, but little salt and everything else. The sausage was tasty, just normal. For example the Laurens market in Dnister MUCH tastier baked sausage, without waiting if anything. Mushrooms and toast are mediocre. I also tried a few pieces of the turkey sandwich. It was ok, very tasty fruit gravy. I usually don't like gravy, but this one was fresh, interesting and berry-rich, and go well with the flavor of the turkey. French toast is mediocre.
In general, the interior is very dated and looks neglected. Maybe it's a vibe and that's ok, but when you're waiting for so much and you expect something more pleasant. There are no coat hooks for people sitting at the bar. This is very inconvenient! it turns out you're sitting at the bar with huge jackets on your lap and can't relax to eat.
Our waitress at the bar was incredibly friendly and sweet. helped us choose what to eat, was polite, the cook who brought us food was also nice and polite and pleasant. But the person who met us at the entrance was frankly not very friendly and there was no feeling that they were happy to see us.
In total, we paid about $80 for a mediocre breakfast with a mediocre atmosphere. I think it's not worth it... … Or maybe it’s exactly what Canada is about

We visited this diner at 6 pm on a Sunday and it was fairly empty with no waiting list even though it got busy pretty quick thereafter. The service was swift, they were kind enough to replace my order last min. We had a meat loaf dinner and it was tasty. The pimiento cheese dip with sourdough was delicious and so was the hash brown. The beet salad was ok (the beets tasted way too sour). Overall I would recommend for a weekend brunch

The items we got were extravagantly rich (i.e. buttery, creamy) so I would come here ready to eat real good. Everything was prepared perfectly and had great flavour. We got in during a more quiet moment so we didn’t need to wait - this probably improved our experience and improved the atmosphere score. Will probably come back if we can get seated in a reasonable time.
