Barista was very dry and unwelcoming. We ordered four drinks and she did not secure the lid on my HOT latte.
I took a sip and the lid fell off and whole drink spilled on my new cloths. She was unapologetic about the incident and did not even offer me a napkin or guide me towards a rest room. She even rolled her eyes at me when she saw the incident. Also, the drinks were all half foam…
Please train your staff better, this is not the type of service one expects. I will be sticking to library coffee next door from now on.

Worst Mocha ever…asked for extra hot. And it was soar and cold. The two service people were too busy chatting to actually care. If you want quality coffee this is not the place.

$10 for luke warm cider and a baked good that was ice old in the middle :(

Staff here are consistently friendly, easy going and make the effort to have a short conversation with each guest, the coffee is pretty good and there are relaxed seating options inside. The takeout window is great if you're walking your dog around Bellwoods.
